È stato un bel posto che consiglierei sicuramente a coloro che diventeranno super imparentati. I bambini adoravano le piscine, tutto era abbondante e pulito, le prelibatezze sulla spiaggia erano molto buone, auguro buona fortuna al proprietario Ahnet

1 star is way too much after our experience with this place. That is budget hotel, so dont expect mirracles. As been mentioned by many reviews before this place is neglected. The kids club does not exist, they have no funding so the room deisgnated for kids is shut, dark and full of rubish. Animation team does some dance at the evening. We had our holiday booked for 6 nights. Our true horror started after 4th night, at 12:05pm we had a call from reception. They said we supposed to do check out already. There is not many people that actually could speak and understand English, so it was challenging to sort this issue. We had plans for that afternoon, we have been told we can come back at the evening, that everything is fine. At the evening, we have been told that we either need to pay 120 euro for remaining nights or we need to move out. It was Sunday, 22 at Turkey, 8 pm in UK where we bought the package holiday. We have been told our reservation is fraud, as it has different hotel phone number. They did not challenge it on check-in as we had different number of nights confirmed on our paperwork. Our holiday supplier tried to sort this out, but because they could not communicate with hotel they were not able to. We were told that our holiday is fully paid, for 6 nights and we should not pay anything extra, as the hotel was demanding. There was one guy at reception, that tried to help us and agreed that we can stay until morning and give some time to clear this situation. We came back to room, and had phonecall from reception 10 mins later, from different person, again demanding we need to leave or he will get security to kick us out. There were changing their minds all the time depending who we spoke to. We were there as family of 4, 2 kids at age 4 and 5. We decided to leave, contacted our supplier again as emergency and they sort out for us different accommodation 2h later. During those 2h of waiting, they changed the mind about the money we should pay down to 60 euro, which we refused to pay as that was already paid. Just as we were waiting for the taxi to transfer to different hotel, we were told everything is fine and we can stay for free now, without extra pay. We didn't. Complete joke.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We arrived early hours and was greeted by 2 men on reception, one who constantly kept saying to my partner 'give me money I give you better room' even though we had already paid when booking for the bigger family room! He was very persistent and made us feel uncomfortable from the get go. The room was dirty, the air conditioning constantly dripped water and the shower was broken, the hallways are so dark walking to you room i had to reach out and hold the wall. Staff are rude they give you dirty looks, if your English you have no chance none of them can speak any English, the restaurant was filthy and unhygienic tables and chairs are so dirty you don't even want to sit on them, we paid all Inclusive and it was a absolute waste the food is of poor quality, same food served for breakfast lunch and dinner and its all freezing cold and inedible. Even the drinks are served to you warm!! Never no ice, bottles just left all over the side at the bar in over 30°c heat. Theres no day snacks for the children either We ate out everyday there's a lovely steakhouse restaurant next door with good food, good prices and wonderful staff! .. its pointless reading the hotel description as none of it is true, WiFi is charged by the day per person per device (3 euros!!) The large slide wasn't on once during our 11 night stay, we were told apparently it is broken, other slides and kids pool area was only on for limited times, the kids mini club wasn't open once, there was no day entertainment and evening entertainment was around 30min tops. The whole place constantly smells of feces, everywhere is dirty and not cleaned properly. Staff are so rude towards guests during our stay we witnessed multiple staff beat up a young English lad, stamping on him, hitting him with belts! Ambulance had to be called he was a right mess, nit something you want your children witnessing. Staff were walking of laughing about it ... the beach bar is the worst one on the ***** by miles, again everywhere is dirty, never no sunbeds and people just pull them all over the beach, food again is terrible, cold chips and rock solid burgers! Yuk. When restaurant opens guests flood in like scavengers pushing and shuffing eachother, piling there tables with food as nothing was ever refilled .. I've never witnessed anything like it and I'm pretty sure food in jail is probably better!! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, 0 stars!! Booked through love holidays and reached out to them for some assistance and was told by them to speak to reception even though I had explained how uncomfortable I felt, and even when attempting to speak to the reception they couldn't understand you anyway. Then I was told to check out of the hotel with no other arrangements for us or our children and couldn't find out till after doing so if we could be refunded for the unused nights. Worst hotel ever made my holiday very depressing, and worst customer service of love holidays!! .. a

The worst ever first family holiday aboard with kids hotel death trap should not be able to operate really don't go the town is Good spent most of eating out wife wanted to go home the rep from love holiday was Dodge didn't feel safe don't go to this hotel

Listen Worst hotel ever, rude staff, took our cases up and wudnt leave just stood waiting for a tip,food well everything cold had to buy all our food. Full of Russian Turkish and German that were pig ignorant. I booked this hotel and thought it can’t be that bad but believe me it really is. To be honest with you Side is the wordy place I’ve been in turkey if this was my first time I wudnt ever go back, cancel if you can.

Avoid at all cost On arrival reception were arguing with a customer and my friend was told to shut up for nothing to then be followed to our rooms and the man was stood there waiting for tips and wouldn’t leave The food was disgusting had to pay for pure orange breakfast was chips no toaster either no entertainment rooms were filthy and young girls being touched up pool toilets had poo on floor full of non English cleaner comes once every three days no fresh toilets no toilet rolls and cleaner just comes in on third day weather ur in ur room or not best part the beach snack bar but never able to get loungers as always taking and the lounge area friendly staff and pool hotel showed a big slide which was never on put on fifth floor not the best glad I went with friends so at least I had them other than that dnt go
