È stato una esperienza molto interessante i servizi sono di buona qualità, è perfetto per una famiglia ma anche per copie singole voto 10+ buone vacanze consiglio 😘 come cibo c’è tanta varietà e buonissimo atentti non ingrassare ma vale la pena .

Non dairy eater (not by choice) To review the hotel as 4 star+. Hotel room was fine and cleaned daily. Inside the hotel was poor, poor air flow in corridors that left it smell and in fairs looked dirty to be told the hotel is only a year old will shock you to see such a poor standard as in carpets sticky ceilings stained and air conditioning leaking throughout the hotel. Bar staff and entertainment team were great and saved our holiday. (But we didn't spend our hard earned money for that) The food omg just shocking bad if your non dairy, vegetarian or vegan do not go to this hotel. To stop needing medical attention I had to stop eating. After chatting to office staff the promised to sort me with some products give my an allergy card to give out to staff who haven't a clue to to give to someone more senior who hasn't a clue. Just a nightmare. The layout of the main dining hall is weird few indoor seats, big cues to get chips,rice etc with some other items being at the opposite side of the canteen to join another que. The office staff on last day were looking reviews and ratings and hope if we come again they could do more was a huge insult after laying in my room for to days drained and sick from no allergy advice on vegetables dripping in butter!!!

Bardzo polecam hotel, super animatorzy, super miejsce, polecam wszystkim którzy chcą tu przylecieć, najlepsze wakacje na których byłam, bawiliśmy się super, wszystko zgodnie z opisem i na nic nie można narzekać, polecam z całego serca

I write this as honestly as I can. The hotel itself it’s good. The pool kids pool and kids club isn’t too bad either. Drinks are good both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Room was ok the initial room we were offered was horrendous for a family of 4 I will attach a picture I had to pay to upgrade which was a nightmare and cost me even more money but it had to happen. The room that we were upgraded to was nice but again more money. The check in service is very strange a big demand for the hotel voucher which I have never seen since the 00’s. I had no WiFi and it was all a bit of a hassle at 3am when they could just look On their system?. The food —- breakfast very average but you can must a small Meal, lunch is the best it has kebabs etc which they should offer throughout the day. DINNER —— it’s the worst I genuinely couldn’t eat much and I can honestly eat anything back home. When the chicken is finished they do not replenish despite asking which leaves everyone just wondering around picking up half cooked chips. Pool loses sun easily aswell. Overall it’s ok if you get it cheap enough but for dinner you would have to eat out most nights

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms are so clean and the facilities are amazing. The food is so fresh and changed everyday. What makes this hotel so great is the staff though, every member of staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a customer relations manager called Husyin who is always on hand to help you with anything. He will make sure you have zero problems with anything inside or outside hotel. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Great hotel with amazing amenities, would highly recommend! The staff are so friendly, rooms are clean and the food is beautiful! The kids loved the splash pool and the added bonus of the shuttle to the beach with all inclusive bar there too was really special!

I would give this hotel 4 stars. The rooms are really nice. The family rooms all face the other hotel and trash, and it’s really noisy with the balcony door open. While all single rooms have a pool view which sucks because we had an unpleasant view from our family room. We went in October, so the sun sets around 6pm. The hotel is built incorrectly which blocks the sun from the pool at 3pm. It gets cold after that time. The biggest downside was the food. It was the same thing every day. Something about the food in general made me not want to eat it. Other people felt the same way. I ended up getting McDonald’s 3 times during my 7 day stay. There is a good steakhouse 10 minutes away by foot. The staff are friendly though. Overall, the hotel is clean and looked after, and I enjoyed my stay. Would I come back here? Probably not.

Unfortunately here at moment positives are pool area and bar area nice rooms ok apart from no iron and also English tv Chanel’s in Russian , reception staff very rude we wasted first day moving room due to noise. Food is very poor at night and unfortunately labelling in restaurant is poor which could be a problem with allergies i was assured a lamb dish was beef 🙈. This hotel Certainly isn’t 4 star plus - 3 star at very best

Very clean and tidy hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you. A la cart restaurants were amazing, great location with dolmus(bus) stop outside of hotel. Buffet food could do with more of a variety and not the same everyday. But overall would recommend.
