Not impressed with the customer service. I personally wouldn’t stay here again and I would advise others to go elsewhere. I complained on our last day to the manager who again, I found extremely unhelpful and rude even though I was polite. The only positives I have to say about this place was the food was nice in the buffet restaurant only and the waiters in the buffet were also lovely and the kids swimming was enjoyable. Everything else was unsatisfactory. First holiday I’ve ever complained about. When we first arrived at 12:30am we were assigned the wrong room, we entered the room and settled before coming to the late night mini snack buffet. We got from one side of the hotel to the other before the man stopped us to tell us he assigned us the wrong room and the peoples who’s room it was were stood with him to swap round. The other family walked back to the room with us and stood there while we picked up our things and swapped round with them. Awkward. So started off on a bad foot. Another bad point was one of the bar staff rolled his eyes at me when I ordered 4 drinks. 1 of them was a non alcoholic child’s cocktail that was listed on a menu at the bar and he shrugged and said he didn’t know what it was and I pointed at it and he rolled his eyes at me a glared angrily like I’d asked the world and annoyed him. A couple behind me looked at me and were shocked he had treated me this way. Again I was very polite throughout. The next point was we’d asked for late checkout and the girl on reception told me to come the morning we wanted it and they would do it for a price of €10 per hour. We required 5 additional hours therefore paid €50. They then told us they had to change our room again… no pre warning of this. So we had to rush to get out of that room and swap which again caused hassle for myself. I am a single parent to a disabled child and was responsible for both my child and my disabled mother. They were already in the pool and given my sons extra needs it would have been too hard to get him away from swimming so I had to do this myself. The room we were then assigned to was on the 5th door in a different building and it was a wheelchair accessible room. Now we don’t need this type of room but I’d like to make a few points as I don’t believe this was a room useable for a wheelchair user. Yes it had a wet room and a wide door to allow for a wheelchair, however the foot pedal for the bin didn’t work and the wardrobe had sliding doors that kept falling to one side and wouldn’t stay where you wanted them which I’d imagine could be difficult for a wheelchair user. The fire alarm also went off briefly and the lifts were out of action for a while, which again as a wheelchair user how would you get out of the building? Called for assistance with the bags and the guy only took 2 bags and I was left to carry everything else as my mother and son can’t. My mum was trying to give the pool towels back which you had to throw over a 6ft cage,

We were very pleased with the quality-price ratio after all the resorts we stayed in in almost twenty years in Turkey. An unforgettable experience, dedicated and attentive employees, very good accommodation conditions, diverse and tasty food offer. A minus would be the way the wi-fi works. Although there is a minibus that takes and brings tourists to the beach between 9.00 - 19.00, we preferred to walk, it takes a maximum of 15 minutes. I can't comment on the evening soectacols, we preferred to walk after dinner or go shopping in the area. Regarding the beach and the entrance to the sea, I can say that this area is our favorite of all the places we have been to in Turkey so far. Congratulations to the entire staff for their involvement!

Mini club for kids is very good, friendly staff and the kids enjoyed playing mini golf, football and playstation 5. There are a lot of facilities like billiards table & soft play area for younger kids. The service in the hotel is good, there’s a wide variety of food & the water slides were so much fun

It's a good hotel with good animation. We had a nice room which was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned well while we were there. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very helpfull and alsof verder friendly. The shows are nice to watch and the location is fine.
