Room full of cockroaches. Horrible experience. I don't think they get pest control done. Location is good.

We ordered 2 coffees in the morning but they charged 100 rupees for that.
Ofcourse, the coffee was nice, but still it's way more expensive, which is a bit of disappointment.
Secondly, they provided toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems like the toothpaste was already used by someone and the toothbrush was not properly maintained.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is at a walkable distance of approximately 2 to 3 minutes from the main road and has all major amenities ranging from restaurants, grocery stores, stationary shops and others within a walkable distance of a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes. The nearest bus stop is hardly 4 to 5 minutes away by walking. The hotel staff was polite and prompt in accommodating any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth as well and hardly took a minute or two. We did not have anything at their restaurant and therefore cannot comment on the same. One thing we would like to point out is that the hotel rooms have central ACs that have automated temperature control, so this created a bit of discomfort for us, especially at night when the room became a bit cooler. Also, we found the beds in twin-sharing rooms to be a bit narrow, which might be uncomfortable for adults. Apart from this, we found everything to be good, and we would definitely recommend this place for staying for a short visit.

“i had an excellent stay at sbs grand ! from the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities i needed. The hotel itself was in a great location, close to [local attractions/restaurants, which made exploring the area super easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will absolutely be back on my next trip!”
