Worst experience I ever faced while checking in to a hotel. I booked the hotel room for 2 days through Avida.com and I reached the hotel by 11 pm. The receptionist denied the booking saying that they have not received the booking confirmation yet. I showed the booking confirmation mail, but they were not ready to accept. They told me that they do not have any association with agoda. As it was late night had to book it through OYO. In which the rate was more than double. I told I will book through OYO but receptionist asked me to book at counter. But I denied and started to book through OYO app. And I had an offer ofRs. 190 if I could do online payment. But he was not ready to accept that and forced me to do counter payment saying that online payment is not acceptable. He was trying to utilise the late night situation from an outsider like me. I am sure that he purposefully denied the agoda booking as the rate was half than OYO. I have never seen such kind of cunning people in my entire life. Felt really bad about the place. Advice to all is that please avoid booking at this hotel. Rooms are not like it is shown in pictures. Very dirty beedsheet, pillow cover, blankets. Rooms and bathroom were smelling very bad. no towel or other amenities. Very very bad experience. Beware before booking . I would give a Zero Rating
