I booked and paid the money on october month itself. While went to check in around 11pm night the receptionist told me that the was second time booked and persons were checked in and they told me it was mmt platform issue. I asked about i paid on oct, how you allowed to check in the same room to another person. They replied after my check out only they receive payment and we are not responsible for that. Later he called to hotel manager and explained about this issue, they asked for my booking id. Then they allotted 2 single normal room for 7 persons. I paid for ac room but i was allotted normal room which is not fully cleaned that that and bed cover also not there. During this conversation time around 30 mins my family was at road side. This was weird experience which i had. I don't know who is responsible for this issue.
