Located 30 mins south of the Grand Canyon, you’ll get to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the San Francisco peaks, Red Butte, and a good many constellations on a clear night sky. The bedroom includes a wide window for a direct sunrise view as well as a view of Red Butte. The property sits on 1 acre and has a couple small outdoor games to enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen sized mattress and ample storage space. The bunk bed area has 2 twin beds, a seating area that can turn into a floor mattress, and one medium sized storage cabinet. The living and dining room areas have seating for 4-6 people, and the dining table area can be converted into a sleeping area for 1-2. The stove is gas powered and will come with instructions. The property is not too far off the paved roads, but far enough from the city that you can properly disconnect. Wifi is Starlink so you'll still get to enjoy 100+ MBPS speeds when needed!
