Cruise the shoreline with our provided bikes or paddle through the enchanting 1,000 Islands with our kayaks. The property boasts a total of 6 kayaks—4 adult and 2 youth kayaks, along with everything you need to paddle amongst the dolphins and manatees. After your adventures, unwind under your private pergola, enjoying a cocktail or two. Experience comfort, tranquility, and everything that makes Cocoa Beach an amazing town. We're only 6 blocks away from downtown Cocoa Beach, where you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Perfect for a couple
The space was perfect for our long weekend in cocoa beach. It was my partner and I and we had all the necessities. Most importantly, the beach was only a few blocks away! Very easy to walk or bike there. We rode our bikes to get food and explore the town. The Dolphin Den is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy the beach or kayaking on the river. Jackie was a very responsive and friendly host. The property was very well maintained and the room was very clean. I would stay again.

Absolutely perfect for beach access, river access, relaxing neighborhood, host was amazing and so helpful and informative. I highly recommend. All the amenities kept us busy and we had so much fun.

Quiet, Clean and Convenient
We enjoyed the ability to ride bikes to the beach and many local restaurants. The space is well appointed with appliances suitable for the space. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and towels) all provided and easy to find.

Back home
This was an amazing stay. I lived in Cocoa Beach for 35 years, and brought my new wife to share the neighborhood. This place had all the amenities and is in walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!

It was such an amazing location from the beach and local activities. Had yummy snacks, we got to do our laundry and even a friendly neighborhood cat!

Anniversary trip
This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and safe. Jacki was very helpful with giving us directions and tips on good places to check out for food and adventures. She even gave us a coupon to Squid Lips restaurant! Downtown Cocoa Beach is easily bikable, and bicycles are provided. Highly recommend taking the kayaks out to the river! We saw a stingray, manatees, and huge herons! The beach is an easy walk from the property. If you enjoy being active, this place has everything you need!

Cocoa getaway
Perfect place for my wife and I for a little getaway. Place was nice and clean and check in and out was very smooth. Communication was great! Really enjoyed having access to bikes, kayaks, and beach towels umbrellas and chairs. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Really loved our stay
This was the perfect location. Really enjoyed that I could walk to the beach and to downtown area. Also the River was so close. Our host Jackie was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and all was well. It was comfortable for what we needed in our stay. I highly recommend it.
