Property's location is excellent. Guest room are not so good. Small and espically small bathroom. We were only there for one night so made the best of it but would choose something else if staying more than one night. Don't like being in an old hotel for the night when Reception closes and goes home at 8 PM at night and there is no fire alarm system or sprinkler system in place only thing is a smoke dectector

Lovely small hotell that is wellcoming to small dogs. Clpse to the city center and nice restaurants a few minutes away. Altough not gated parking it still felt safe. Not verry noice proof between the rooms. Lovely service. Some specific check in times.

Such lovely staff, great town centre location. ********** cancelled a booking on me but luckily the hotel were able to accommodate me (at a better rate than booking engine). It wasn't the hotel's fault but they went out of their way and gave a beer on the house when they didn't have to. Room on top floor looking out over river. Had air conditioning which was a godsent! Bathroom nice, shower had plenty of hot water. Shower gel, shampoo and soap in bathroom. Location fantastic, just around the corner from shops, food, coffee places. Nice restaurants and places to have a drink downstairs and within few doors. Breakfast good, lots of choice. The friendliest lady working in the breakfast and helping on reception. The gentleman and lady who checked us in also great and gave great advice on things to do places to go, and how to go about getting places. I would definite stay again.

Plus: Beds were comfortable, room had a nice balcony, breakfast was good, service was very good too: everyone was very friendly and addressed our questions. Cons: the bathroom was tiny, and hot water took a while to come out in the shower

The pictures on the website are much nicer than the actual room. A lot of money for a very simple and small room with a flatscreen TV the size of a stamp (very small thus). The tiny bathroom makes it difficult to dry after taking a shower. Personnel was friendly, but to pay so much money for a dump?

2023/11月末に2泊しました。 立地：市街地まで歩いて1分程。また、コッヘム観光のメインである城につながる坂がすぐ裏にあります。 客室：非常に清潔。また、暖房も効いており快適。ドライヤー・テレビ・冷蔵庫・扇風機があります。 従業員：とても親切。私の片言英語を嫌な顔もせずに聞いてくれました。また、ベッドメイクやタオルの交換を私が外出している間に迅速かつ丁寧に行ってくれたようです。 朝食：7:30-10:00自分で取って食べる形式。ナイフとフォークがどうしても見つからなかったが途中で従業員の方が渡してくれた。どうやら最初に声をかけて貰ってから食べるシステムのようだ。 その他：シャワールームにはシャンプーやボディソープが、洗面器にはハンドソープや乳液が備え付けられています。

Was de derde keer dat we in dit hotel verbleven, hadden het nu speciaal gekozen omwille van het restaurant maar dat was gesloten wegens personeelstekort. Uiterst vriendelijk onthaal en verzorging, lift naar de hogere verdiepingen begint pas op de eerste etage, dus eerst een tamelijk steile trap op met je bagage.
