Hotel in zona Argos Cobham (Inside Sainsbury's), Cobham

Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel e non posso fare il male al servizio. Esther alla ricezione è stata così utile e ha portato un po' di giocattoli in camera per mia figlia di due anni. Il cappello che aveva preordinato era già nella stanza quando siamo arrivati e ci è stato dato una bella grande stanza che i tre di noi potevano godere senza essere sopra l'uno l'altro. La stanza era pulita senza spot e tutti i servizi di pulizia erano così amichevoli al mattino. Il pranzo del ristorante era eccellente (un'altra sedia alta era pronta e ci aspettava quando arrivammo) e mentre il colazione è un buffet, è una buona selezione e alta qualità. L'unica cosa piccola che suggerisco è che la qualità del caffè è migliorata e che tutti i caffè sono inclusi nel colazione come un'ulteriore ricarica per un ”caffè speciale” non è davvero in linea con un hotel di questo tipo.

Wow what an amazing hotel and amazing staff, never been made to feel so welcome. We attended Woodlands Park, for New Year’s Eve for a murder mystery black tie event, from the minute we arrived we couldn’t have asked for better. The grounds are stunning, the entrance beautifully decorated for Christmas and the architecture of the building was so lovely to look at. Once in reception we were warmly greeted by Steve, Justin and Aysha, Aysha checked us in and was so informative and friendly, the reception staff including Deborah just couldn’t do enough to make our welcome most enjoyable. Once in our room we were delighted by the room and how clean, spacious and relaxing it was, the toiletries were lovely, and the little extra touches like robes and slippers were great. The bed was comfy. Once we had settled in we went down to the bar to get a drink, Victoria was very welcoming and Evan ran around to find me gluten free crisps, they were very hospitable. We went onto the Murder mystery event and the staff were so professional serving the food and being very attentive to our needs. We celebrated midnight and welcomed in 2024, the staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and Wasiq, managed the night so well, the staff really worked hard. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them, but to name a few David M, and Sheldon who ran the night, Casey who worked so hard and really stood out. In the morning we attended breakfast after a fantastic nights sleep in a wonderful bed, breakfast was delicious and nothing was to much trouble, Fredy, Jay and the other staff could not do enough for you. We packed up and checked out but decided to sit and enjoy the reception with the fire, Steve and Magpy, along with Julian were so lovely, we didn’t feel rushed, they got us coffees, chatted with us and even took some photos of us all. Thank you so much to the staff and managers you made our NYE amazing. We will visit again. Unfortunately we lost Steve’s business card so can’t email him direct or thank him.

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

Il nostro matrimonio in miniatura è stato un'esperienza di pranzo privato, una fantastica esperienza, la fornitura di cibo era molto professionale ed efficiente e la sala da pranzo è bella. Siamo stati in una bella camera, la Regina Anne, che è una bella camera, e ci sono stati forniti tutti i comfort possibili. Abbiamo affrontato la Jenna, la manager di eventi che era super accogliente e estremamente utile. Molto consigliato!!!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per poter utilizzare la stanza a vapore e il tubo caldo, ma entrambi erano fuori ordine per 3 giorni, che era la durata del nostro soggiorno. Il cibo in hotel - il servizio era appassionante ho aspettato 1.5 ore per un vegano beef Wellington per poi essere portato un risotto caulifore che non ho ordinato e è stato dato il scusa che il cuoco non aveva abbastanza tempo / ci sarebbe voluto troppo tempo per fare un Vegan Wellington - anche se era un pasto di sabato, e sapevano che non mangio carne 4 ore prima del pasto e mi fu detto che all'inizio dovevo aspettare 10 minuti per il mio Wellington dopo aver salito nella caverna - così tutto quello che dovevo mangiare era a parte. La stanza era grande e l'hotel immaculato

Mi è stato assegnato il 7° piano. Ho dovuto salire una rampa di scale per raggiungere la stanza. L'unica cosa accettabile era che il bagno era stato recentemente rinnovato e sembrava abbastanza pulito. Infatti, oggetti come asciugacapelli e coperchi dei bidoni della spazzatura sono ricoperti da un ampio strato di polvere e devi pulirli prima di usarli. Vivo in una stanza all'alba a est, quindi posso guardare il sole sorgere lentamente ogni mattina. La vicina stazione degli autobus è molto comoda, ci vogliono solo circa 3 minuti a piedi, e la stazione della metropolitana più vicina impiega 15 minuti per arrivarci. L'hotel non è difficile da trovare, ma non è consigliabile soggiornarvi. Anche la colazione è molto scarsa, il servizio non è buono e l'atteggiamento nei confronti dei cinesi e dei bianchi è ovviamente diverso.
