The hotel itself was stylish and comfortable to stay in. The fact that there were over three security guards at each door with metal detectors, with facial temperature checking machine screens and guards at every elevator before entering to get to your room, made me think that there’s crime there, but I also felt safe as well. The hotel staff, mainly reservation desk & bell hops, are not professional. Almost everyone that works there aside from a couple few, treats their workplace like it’s their own personal hangout spot with gossiping and mediocre customer care and almost every male in the hotel has no shame whatsoever checking out women who are guests and making cat calls to the female guests, even in front of their husbands and children. They also need to train staff on policies and protocols of checking in and out guests while paying attention to full details of their expenses and provide guests the best experience possible. The ****** and hotel itself is actually really nice and updated and the rooms are comfortable and designed well. I have to say the best part of the hotel would be their restaurant, Vintage, and everybody who works in there. We had the best experience with that place out of the 3 days we were there. The food is amazing too!

Security and checking in was an hectic. Taking facial pictures and temperature measurements every time at the entrances was an issue to me.

The stay was nice, the rooms need better dusting and ventilation do to the smoking in the ******. There were no towel racks or hooks to dry your towels on and the wall mirror light didn't work. It didn't seem to want to charge either.. some housekeepers were impolite, 5/22 checkout was 11 and we were startled by repetitive pounding on our door at 11:04am. The pool was murky and cloudy and the Jets on the hot tub were not strong and didn't have much pressure. But we did enjoy our time and we were kept entertained. The best service was the bellhop and the front desk and security. Awesome men and women!!

Still doing temperature checks…?? Don’t like that. Table gaming far too expensive. Hotel price. Far too expensive. We left early.

Very nice clean ****** resort. Would stay again if I was up in this area again. Great place to stay after a day at Yosemite . Room price very reasonable

The buffet was reopened, but the Chinese station food offerings were a disgrace . I went there 5/ 14/2025 for the seafood. No crab legs, no lobster, no oyster , but some tasteless small shrimps. Other foods are good to eat though. Felt cheated by the other reviews.

Checkin and parking is a nightmare. They charge a resort fee after paying a resort fee on reservation.

Very expensive room considering the quality, service, and amenities. Stayed on a Saturday night. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. Front desk was friendly but seemed to lack knowledge. Nothing to do here but gamble. Restaurants were not good quality. Employees were not that helpful.
