A great open house with a relaxing backyard to enjoy the great desert weather. The spacious backyard has plenty of seating to hang outside all day while you cook at the grill! The entire back yard is illuminated with bistro lights to enhance your getaway experience. The house has an open floor plan and a modern interior. The bonus room features a brand new foosball machine perfect for kids and adults. The kitchen features a large island for easy entertaining. There is an assortment of appliances and cookware to meet your needs so feel free to dine in or try some of the local great restaurants. There is seating for 12 at the dining table and 4 more at the island. The living room accommodates multiple seating arrangements to enjoy the smart TV. There are smart-TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc., you can use if you have subscriptions to those accounts. PLEASE NOTE: We do allow animals but require a pet fee of $100 per animal. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home. Per standard practices in Palm Springs valley, pool + spa heat is optional, for $150-200 per night. If you'd like to heat the pool or spa, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to turn on the heater on your check-in day.
