Hotel in zona Biserica de Lemn, Cluj-Napoca

Amo · Situazione a pochi passi dal centro e dalla vecchia città, ma è ancora a piedi 20-25 minuto. Camera pulita. Colazione media. Il zucchini dolce è molto buono. Avevo una stanza verso la corte e era molto tranquillo (sia verso l'esterno che verso la via). Parte della ragione è che l'illuminazione in tutto l'hotel è freddo e bianca e nelle camere le luci sono troppo forti (eccetto il bagno, dove non è abbastanza forti). Suggerimento di gestione: assumere un consulente di illuminazione per consigliare come cambiare a una luce più calda per rendere il lavoro di illuminazione vantaggioso dell'hotel. Mi mancava pane fresco per colazione, solo un toast era disponibile. La musica durante il colazione era estremamente formaggio, stile elevatore (forse adatto per i pensionati?). Tuttavia, il vero problema era che io ero doppiamente pagato per un soggiorno di una notte. Mi sono già fatto sospetto di problemi di pagamento quando il proprietario mi ha chiesto se volevo cambiare la carta di credito che avevo usato per la prenotazione attraverso un altro sito web. (Era stato per cancellare la mia prenotazione originale per evitare di pagare commissioni?) Poiché la prenotazione per la seconda notte non è mai stata cancellata, anche se abbiamo deciso di rimanere solo una notte, ho dovuto scrivere e lamentarmi. Nonostante scrivere quattro e-mail (utilizzando l'indirizzo corretto) non ho mai ricevuto una risposta dall'hotel. Finalmente mi sono rivolto alla mia banca per mostrare loro la prova e la banca mi ha rapidamente rimborsato per il doppio pagamento.

Great: new, spacious, bright, well designed apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. Loads of TV channels including in English. Thanks to Diana who was very helpful on arrival. Less great: No elevator! Be aware no staff is on site at all except Diana, if and when she is preparing an apartment for a new guest. So if the neighbours below yell on their balcony at 1am, you need to ignore or confront them on your own . Plus, this is not an apartment hotel, so no services included. Bottom line, price was fair and location central and pleasant and we would recommend to friends.

An Unforgettable Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Vibre in Cluj! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the main attractions in Cluj. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh, local options. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Cluj!

This was our first visit to Cluj, and we had originally booked the Radisson Blu, but to my surprise when I was browsing Marriott Bonvoy’s app this hotel came up. Newly opened only a few months. This country are is simply the best I have stayed in. The Arrival We drove from Bucharest and we were messaging through the Marriott App for car parking guidance, to our shock on arrival the car had to go in a lift! Very clever use of space and the car park was super clean and very convenient. Price at €20.00 a day, looking in the surrounding area at the not so secure car parks there’s only a couple of euros difference and the hotel feels safer. Check in was smooth, team knowledgeable but the lobby just has a very modern, fresh feel. Bright and presents itself in a minimalist but luxurious form which is very surprising for the brands positioning, but so very welcome. The Room Technologically led, modern, very clean. One of the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve had a while, and they took note of my preferences which was great to see. Daily housekeeping kept the room in check and i really liked the music in the bathroom and the hotel corridors. Bathrobes, slippers and water were all present in our Superior King Room. With this room type we were on the first floor and it didn’t come with any view but that didn’t bother us as we had a big window that could open and with it being city centre views weren’t on the priority list for us. The Breakfast What a spread on offer and beautifully set up and with the friendliest of team members. Most courtyards would just have the buffet but my partner asked for something off menu and they made it no problem, and subsequently for the following three mornings they made it without issue, a slight nod on arrival to confirm that’s what he was after and they made it. This was a true example of anticipatory Serivce and personalisation. This hotel for me is a stand out for a city like Cluj, it’s in such a good location right in the old town and offers such a good experience for those in Cluj. 10 out of 10! Well done to the Courtyard Cluj Team! I’m sure you will grow even stronger as the hotel matures.

Personale professionale. Benvenuti con sorriso e il loro colazione è impeccabile. Lo amo tanto che io andrò a rimanere lì ogni volta che sono a Cluj. 🙌. Raccomando di sottoscrivere per i loro premi per ottenere il 10% di cibo e bevande. Hanno colazione per i campioni e il loro ristorante è buono anche per il cibo.

Gran bell'hotel, la catena Tulip ha standard elevati e si vede. Si fanno pagare, prezzi leggermente più alti della media ma vale la pena. Ho pernottato in questo hotel per 1 notte per un incontro di lavoro, hotel molto comodo a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Cluji. Hotel con standard e servizi da stelle. Spazi comuni molto curati, puliti e ampi. Camere veramente ben messe, pulite spaziose. Bagno molto bello, spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli (musica in filodiffusione é una chicca in più). Wifi libera ben funzionante (ero al 5° piano); TV con canali satellitari e con canali italiani. Ristorazione ottima; ho cenato molto bene e la colazione intercontinentale è veramente molto varia con un'offerta vasta di tanti prodotti. Complimenti Ho usufruito della palestra, piccola ma con buone attrezzature per fare un'oretta di lavoro semplice. Non ho utilizzato la Spa e non so dire come sia.. Personale veramente molto disponibile, sorridente e professionale. Qualcuno parla anche italiano. Per il resto, 4 stelle tutte meritate. Super consigliato. Se dovessi essere qua di nuovo, tornerò sicuramente
