Hotel Minella & Leisure Centre

Anything I want to say is in the previous reviews so I concur that it was a great experience. Was there as part of a support but not an advocacy group so won't say here but everyone knows. Only one real comment that it is and it has the feel of a real country house hotel with everything that it entails and passes with honours. A thousand thanks to the Hotel Minella, Nallan Family and staff for their hospitality!

I was part of E.S.B. Group who visited for four days. I can really say it was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. From check in to check out it was a pleasure. The food, staff and hospitality was second to none. Ĺiz and John run an exceptional business and I have no doubt we will be back again. Best Wishes for a successful 2025.

Very clean Hotel, Online check-in was brilliant and very ease to use. Staff were nice. Lovely views of river and mountains. Room was very spacious and Hotel Very close to Town centre. Comfortable Bed. It was OK but room was extremely warm. Historic building.

Nice hotel. Nice pool/spa facilities. SCALDING HOT WATER! Someone is going to get seriously burned. Can't sit up on the bed and comfortably watch TV because your head rests up against the headboard lampshade. Annoying. The two lamps should be located higher up on the wall. Bar soap should be provided for use in the bathtub. The person in the bath shouldn't have to stand up to reach the squeeze bottle every time they need a bit of soap. Our group pre-ordered our meals. The meals were very good, but it took 40 minutes to deliver these pre-ordered meals.

Hello, I was here for my graduation cermony and Barbira Barhost is clearly treating her staff members like ass. She grabbed another female by the shoulder like a rag doll, seriously needs to be spoken. Manors to other works people should be taken into consideration massively

ELIZABETH Ruined Wedding For Us.... I attended recently for a family wedding and everything was going great until the meal. My husband was at the top table as his brother was the groom and I was assigned a table close enough with our children (one of which is special needs). My baby had fallen asleep in his stroller which I was so happy about as he was extremely overtired. My kids and I went to our table where we had a disgusting encounter with ELIZABETH. She in a nasty tone told me move my kids because the stroller was in the way and she had to serve hot food, I asked hasmd she ever heard the word "please" when dealing with children, but we moved as not to ruin my the day for my family. Then she said that would work either that I would need to "just shove the stroller in the back corner if I insist on having it". I explained the baby was asleep and my husband was at top table we weren't comfortable moving THE ENTIRE TABLE all guests at it to the back corner. But she was being difficult so I agreed again for my family's wedding. She tried to have my kids shove between chairs and upset my special needs son so I told her it was not good enough and we actually tried to leave. With no remorse she simply fixed the table to their original spot. My husband met me while I was leaving and insisted I go back in. All problems of table solved by taking away the seat assigned to my baby and putting stroller there... Although damage done baby awake and upset, my husband and myself upset my other kids wanting to leave because of her we stayed for the family. For the ENTIRE MEAL this disgusting woman gave my children and I horribly dirty looks to the point my own mother was called because my special needs child didn't want to stay with her there. We made complaints about all of this at reception but we're told there would be nothing done as ELIZABETH was an OWNER How can you run a hotel like this??? I will forever recommend that NOBODY HAVE YOU WEDDING HERE!!!!!! A simple thing like an apology goes a long way but we didn't even get that.
