Good customer service front desk ladies are great and family oriented I have stayed here a lot and everyone is amazing

Needs to be updated. No Vanity in bathroom. No place to put toiletries. . Tub finish is worn. No safe. No cabinet for refrigerator. Old carpet. Old wrinkled bed skirt. Should not rent room until pleasantly remodeled. Garbage on ground next to dirty pool.

Compared to my last stay about 2 years ago, this stay wasn't good. There was paint coming off the celling in the bathroom. The cover sheet for the bed was dirty or stained. Someone who worked for the hotel was parked i. The handicap parking space near the door where i needed to park. I woke up with a roach crawling across the night stand.

It was ok. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The only thing is that who ever cleans the room, make sure to check the microwave oven and clean it.

Stayed on 3rd floor. Room was dirty. No lock on inside of the door. Bathroom had hair in the tub and 1 wash rag for 2 people. Pizza in the microwave from previous person. Furniture falling apart and stained really bad! Found a sock in my made up bed under the covers! Breakfast "item" was 2 little microwave sausage Biscuits and coffee. I have traveled ALOT and stayed in many hotels and I can say for certainty that THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. I was afraid to go to sleep!

My stay here from 2/6/2024 - 2/11/2024 was good overall. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor aesthetic concerns (e.g., trim on headboard of bed needed repair and the stopper in the tub was not connected). But aside from that, it was peaceful and a pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly. And very secure to where I can feel comfortable.

Staff were excellent, easy check in. The biggest issue I had is the incense the owner burns. It’s very strong and very hard on people with allergies and sinus issues. I had a headache for a good hour, even after leaving the hotel.
