Last weekend we stayed at Le Manoir. The customer friendliness was already noticeable during the booking, which was confirmed upon arrival. We arrived later than planned, but this was not seen as a problem. We were helped in finding a place to dine, which is no easy task on a Saturday evening at 7:30 PM outside the tourist season. The same applied to the following day. The stay in this tastefully renovated Manoir, owned by Arnoud and Nathalie, was thoroughly pleasant. Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent bathroom with a good shower. Comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a wide selection of bread and toppings, including a daily homemade delicacy. The conversations at breakfast, in a mix of French, Spanish, and English, were very enjoyable. All in all, highly recommended at a reasonable price. We will definitely return when we are back in Suisse Normande.

6 of us cycled from Ouistreham to Clecy to stay at the Le Manoir de Placy for 3 nights. The welcome from Arnaud, Nathalie (and Cookey) was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given some great recommendations of restaurants in the area and we tried them all and were not disappointed. The breakfasts and packed lunches were better than many hotels and our whole stay was memorable and very enjoyable in a lovely part of France.

3 night break. Our third stay here over 5 years. Super property with excellent hosts. Superb breakfast choices. Very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

It is a beautifully restored stone manoir with lovely gardens. The rooms are very well appointed and decorated with comfortable beds and excellent washrooms. The hosts, Nathalie and Arnaud, were attentive, friendly and very helpful. We will stay there again and will highly recommend it to family and friends.

We loved the space and tranquility, but with walking access to activities and restaurants. The manor was beautifully restored with high quality accomodation and excellent breakfasts ( a packed lunch on request was great too.) Our hosts were very friendly and happy to help with any request. A lovely stay and we want to return again soon.

We spent 2 nights here on a cycle tour of the area. The B&B is a gorgeous building and well placed for both the the town and river front and is a peaceful alternative to either for an overnight stay. Our room was elegantly furnished with a big bathroom and a private terrace overlooking fields. You can also sit in the pretty courtyard. Several kestrels were using the tower as a base and gave us a free aerobatic display Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries and a home made cake every morning. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodated our need for a place to change and park horribly early on the day we arrived.

Nathalie et Arnaud ont su répondre à ma demande le jour même de mon besoin de réservation. J'ai été super bien accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance, dans une chambre très agréable et confortable et un petit déjeuner royal. Une adresse à recommander sans réserves.

Très agréable chambre d'hôtes au calme en plaine campagne. Un endroit plein de charme et des hôtes extrêmement sympathiques. Petit déjeuner copieux, chambres confortables. Une adresse à conseiller.
