Clearview Station & Caboose B&B

We had the great joy of visiting the Clearview Bed and Breakfast for a birthday celebration from October 4-6. First, we stayed in the caboose! In addition to the excitement of sleeping in a refurbished caboose, the comforts inside made it a unique and very comfortable stay. The bed is great, the caboose has a shower, toilet and sink, and you can even sit in the chairs that overlook Creemore (beautiful view). There was a welcome treat in the fridge for us, and the hosts, Dave and Ann, put together a perfect birthday display. If you are looking for a unique and relaxing stay, this is it! This was our first time visiting a Bed and Breakfast, and Dave and Ann made it an incredible experience. The breakfasts in the mornings were delicious and filling, and the conversations with our hosts to start the day were a highlight (you will get great insights in to Creemore, and, if you would like, learn really cool history about trains and the history of the railway in Canada). We can't recommend the experience enough! A perfect weekend! Check out the town of Creemore - great pubs, the Creemore Brewery, hikes through the Nature Preserve. Beautiful town! We just stayed here and found it so lovely! Lots of train history that Dave can tell you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was for a 65th birthday. It did not disappoint in any way. All the comforts of home yet it felt a millions miles away. Thanks for the yummy breakfast and the conversation!

What an amazing weekend we just had at this bed & breakfast. This is a one of a kind unique experience whether you like trains or not. The inside is so nicely done and you can feel the history of this caboose. Ann & Dave also put on a very nice breakfast with lots of variety both my wife and myself didnt have to eat anything until dinner time both days. Definately look at the photo albums that they provide about the caboose as it is like steeping directly into the past. If you are out for quiet i cannot recall ever hearing any cars. This is the place for everyone to visit and I thank both Ann & Dave for making our anniversary weekend such a great success.
