Gorgeous new construction with fresh interior paint with super cozy beds in a great location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Sleeps 8. This is a pet friendly house . 9 foot ceilings on first floor add to the spacious feeling in this house.You won’t find another rental with a85” 8k HD TV with a high end surround sound system above the gas fireplace in the main living room with a 15’ vaulted ceilings and I have spectrum redzone for those NFL lovers! NO PARTIES!!!!Watch the cardinal couple feed right outside the window in the main living room.The beautiful Norway spruce trees harbor birds and bunnies year round.All the bedrooms have high end new beds and mattresses and flat screen TVs.HD state of the art TVs are in every bedroom, the game room, and the main living room. A total of 6 flatscreen TVs throughout the house.The entire interior of house was recently freshly painted. many stores and restaurants are five minutes away including longhorn, steakhouse, Texas, roadhouse, Olive Garden, Wegmans, grocery store, chilies, five guys, McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, etc.There is granite in the kitchen and both upstairs bathrooms.Fresh carpet and pad throughout the entire house and all hardwoods were recently resurfaced.17 minutes away from the SU dome and Destiny mall.Numerous restaurants and retail stores are located just a few minutes away! The house has modern central air and heatBrand new 7 person salt water hot tub spa hot springs grandee.The future Micron computer chip manufacturer is being built three miles from this house in Clay, NY.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No parties whatsoever!

"Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill."

"Sono rimasto qui prima e non mi sento mai deluso. L'unica cosa che ho trovato è stato un piccolo carta da bagno con sangue vicino al bagno, ma questo è il suo. Il bagno era dipinto in due toni diversi, ma tutti cosmetici. Non ho visto alcun bug e l'ac ha funzionato bene. Continuerò a venire qui :-) per il prezzo, è un buon affare!"

"Hotel is close to Destiny mall. Clean room and but mattress needs to be updated or changed. Using rhe bed with my daughter, as she moves, the bed is moving too. only portable AC was working. swimming pool was temporarily closed. Plenty of parking spots is good thing. Bath tub draining bad."

"E'l'hotel automobilistico nel film americano, il lavandino dei mantelli è nuovo decorato, il letto è più morbido, il quartiere è tranquillo e può dormire bene.Altre strutture sono più vecchie.Il personale di servizio è ancora molto entusiasta.Come hotel di riposo di passaggio può essere accettato, dopo tutto il prezzo è basso"

"Si ottiene quello che si paga. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni complessivo non è male. È vicino all'aeroporto, il che è abbastanza comodo. Le strutture, i servizi igienico-sanitari e i servizi sono simili a quelli dei vecchi hotel americani. accettabile."
