Helen Lynch has a beautiful bb its spotless, Breakfast is freshly cooked, Room is lovely ,Rooms are lovely .Helen is an Exceptional host , jerry is a lovely man very helpful. i would recommend this bb 100%. Kilkee is a lovely town ,Great Beach ,

Upon arrival we were given many looks by the male owner because of a plastic bag we had with drink in it, we were told we had to be quite and we’re given a curfew or ‘we weren’t allowed back in’ to our room . The room was so small that the sink was next to the bed. The only good thing about this b and b is it is clean and is close to the Main Street. The female owner gave out to our friends because they came to speak to us. She then threatened me and my friend who was staying there with me saying she should call the guards if they came back again. We were very respectful and not loud at all but she still told us she was going to key the door and have security on all night. Both owners aren’t very kind and mannerly. Wouldn’t recommend this b and b

Helen was so nice and friendly,very accommodating.Our breakfasts were cooked fresh,between the frys and the poached eggs could not fault.The room was spotless ,beds very comfortable ,Well worth a visit,home from home

Lovely B&B, quick check-in, friendly wait staff. Rooms were clean and tidy if a bit small. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was tasty but service was very slow... nice selection of different cooked breakfasts. Location was good, just a minute from the sea.

Located in a great location in the middle of town, this a perfect spot for exploring Kilkee and beautiful West Clare. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and the cooked Irish breakfast is a real treat.

Needed a couple of rooms ‘off season’ for two nights. Luckily Lynch’s was open and available. After a three hour drive down Helen set us up with tea, cakes and biscuits in the guest lounge. Well received after a long journey. The room was lovely and warm after a walk along the blustery cold sea front. The room was nicely decorated, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, tv on the wall and lots of hot water for the en suite shower. The bed was warm and comfortable and the full breakfast in the mornings were superb. Even found a great pub open around the corner (The Greyhound) that was open and welcoming. Overall would recommend and return to Lynch’s
