The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. However, the room seem very old. The bathroom does not work well. The room does not have hair dryer

My room was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. When I checked in I asked about the tennis courts and the receptionist just shrugged and said they were not in use. I ordered soup at the bar but was told I'd have to go downstairs to drink it. When I checked out, there was nobody at the reception desk. I waited 10 minutes and then just left the key on the desk. This hotel could do with some proper management as it is falling apart and the staff are badly trained.

Ho soggiornato con un amico per 1 notte il 20 agosto 2022. La location è bella, comodo parcheggio gratuito ed ottima colazione. Staff gentile e cordiale. La stanza era molto spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima soluzione se si ha la macchina e si vuole visitare Limerick ed i suoi dintorni. Uniche note negative sono state: 1) la coincidenza con un matrimonio per cui nel momento in cui siamo arrivati, la hall ed in particolare il banco della reception erano "invasi" dagli invitati ed è stato un po complicato individuare il desk della reception per fare il check-in e portare le valige all'interno (passando tra gli invitati del matrimonio) 2) la stanza era dislocata al secondo piano in un area raggiungibile solo da una serie di scale (l'ascensore arriva solo al primo piano) e avendo la valigia è decisamente scomodo ed è necessario richiedere l'assistenza dello staff dell'hotel che è stato comunque gentile e disponibile. Per il resto, tutto ok.

We attended a family birthday at the Castle Oak's on the 8th June and all I can say is the service and the food and the attention to detail was second to none.All the staff were just fantastic and I couldn't recommend the Castle Oak's highly enough

Love the Castle Oaks Hotel, stayed here few years ago & fell in love with the place & the lovely friendly staff. It's the ideal place if u just want to relax & enjoy the walks down by the river. We stayed last weekend & really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very good & plentiful, we had dinner both nights & we weren't disappointed. Maggie & Josie are out on their own, hotel is very lucky to have two hard working & friendly ladies. Only downside was that there was no live music in bar on Sat night, we were looking forward a sing song. We are looking forward to returning soon 💛

Had an extremely enjoyable one night stay at The Castle Oaks House Hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special mention for Josephine and her twin sister Meggie (apologies if mis-spelt!). Such lovely ladies who made our stay all the better. A special mention must be made about the grounds of the hotel which border the Shannon. We could have spend the whole day just looking at the river and the countryside. Probably the most beautiful setting of any hotel at which we've stayed.

lovely silent country hotel..............super rooms.super bathrooms, breaky lovely.............best two ladies on reception i ever met.........top class..........great location for olde world charm.............try it out.........bar area very very nice.........lots of country walks outside hotel doors..........car parks good and big , room for all

Tired hotel my room had a smell of dampness plus when I came into hotel there was a Tea after a funeral and restaurant sitting area and bar were full , sat outside in garden and had something to eat was not to bad overall the hotel versus website very disappointing especially for price charged.

Stayed here for two nights in one of the newly refurbished rooms, decor was amazing. Room was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. Staff were so friendly and kind. We had dinner here on both nights, which was very tasty and reasonably priced
