The tall ceilings and open floor plan allow the space to be maximized. The house can comfortably sleep five people. There are three beds: one double bed, two twin beds in the loft, and a couch in the living room. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and a Roku smart tv. In addition to complimentary coffee, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential appliances and spices necessary to cook up a warm meal after a long day. You will also find our hot tub that is running all year round. Alongside a bbq, outdoor seating, private creek access, and a nice grass backyard for games! This home has a backyard and a fire pit. The property is also right on Elk Creek, which is quite a treat. You can be sure that you and your guests will spend a lot of time outside, BBQ-ing, roasting s'mores, and enjoying the creek. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. Simply click my profile and scroll down to see our other listings. *Please note that our tiny home Airbnbs have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding. - We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :) - please, no pets on the furniture - please make sure to pick up after your pet. - Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft; we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and of the linens. - Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home. There is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape. - Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. - If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside. - Please be courteous with your noise level. We do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate. - Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't. - NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out. - During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate.
