Lots of problems and staff did not seem interested in offering any resolution. We booked a premium plus room, specifically because we needed a fridge, however when we arrived the fridge was broken and we asked for it to be replaced and we were told all the fridges in the hotel were broken also, which we did not believe. Also, my intention was to work whilst I was away, again, I intended to use the premium WiFi, which we paid for as part of our room, but this service was down and again, staff said, sorry - nothing we can do. Really poor experience and total waste of money paying for premium plus room at this hotel
