La higiene es un punto a cuidar muy importante, sobre todo si se cuenta con cobijas blancas. El refrigerador y calefacción hacen mucho ruido, la señal de internet es mala, creo que son muy buenas áreas de oportunidad, el personal es amable y cálido.

Floor was really dirty. My son walked on the floor and turned his feet black. Shower was very old and dirty, the soap holder was completely rusted and shower head would shake when the water was coming out and it had nasty water corrosion all over it.

If your looking for a place close to the American Consulate with an Ok Breakfast included well..... This place is for you. The room for a couple are Super small and you'll hit your Chin on the corners of the bed everyday. To me the hotel was way OVERPRICED and the Customer Service was very Lowsy. Next time we go anywhere in Mx. We definitely will stay at a AirB&B

They wont let you operate the climate control . They only turn it on fpr a little bit while they clean. So if your hot your screwed. Plus they have no windows where they placed many of us unlike the pics. If you look closely around they are ship containers converted into rooms. But for 74 bucks a night thats what you get….. pretty clean though.

Basic rooms size was small but that was not the issue. The issue was the fact that the climate control for the air conditioning was on but did not work on command (the staff controlled it) and the first day they did not turn on the air conditioning until I complained a couple of times (they only turned it on for 30 minutes). The next day the air conditioning was on and off and randomly at night the heater kicked on even the control was set to cool making the situation worse. Staff just seemed to brush you off until it was a couple of us complaining about the issue then it seemed as if they turned on the AC for a little so we can stop complaining.
