The hotel was only about 4 months new during my stay. Obviously, things are new. Their staff at every layer are excellent. Very convenient if your visit is related to the US Embassy. Beware that although the hotel is across the street from the embassy it is not a avenue you can walk across. From the hotel entrance to the embassy it takes 12 minutes walking at a normal pace. There is not much to do in the vicinity unless you are driving. There is a mid-size shopping mall that houses various restaurants and fast food outlets. The hotel is a good option if your stay is US Embassy related.

Very clean, staff super and consulate across the street walking distance. Complimentary breakfast is really good.

The free breakfast is a plus. Variety of foods and the waffles are delicious. All around clean rooms and the staff was helpfull. Easy check in and out. I really enjoyed my stay.

People in other rooms were very loud with Tv or talking and up very late at night when you needed to be up early in the morning and especially to get to the airport in El Paso

The walls are paper thin, but it is a really nice facility unless you have loud neighbors next door. Can hear regular conversations between rooms.

This is brand new hotel, 3 months old. Everything was new. Could have used a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel indicates room service, but there ia no restaurant. The staff was great and the room was very clean. Hope it stays like that.

Came for a quick visit and was impressed with everything. Staff is nice, rooms are clean, food is good. Definitely will be coming back.

The hotel was new, conveniently located and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was not well insulated. Conversations could be heard in adjoining rooms as well as music from the dining area at breakfast. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, towels were not replaced in room phones didn’t function.
