THEY SAY THE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDE BUT THEY LIE THERE ARE BETTER AND A LOT CHEAPER OPTIONS LIKE OASIS HOTEL AND VICTORIA HOTEL I come to Constitucion once a month and I'm constantly looking for a place to stay, so I decide to give this hotel a try. Normaly I come to this place just to have breakfast or dinner, it use to be a decent place for a meal. This place is expensive, have in mind that there are other hotels wich are good for half the price (hotel Oasis). The rooms are decent but nothing out of the ordinary, the TV is small for the room size and it does't have streaming, you will have to settle for sky. Also there is a coffe meaker just for hot water, the coffe the hotel gives is soluble. The problem begun when I came for dinner and when I ask for spaguetti wich suppose to have meat in it, (top sirlon) well it didnt have any, when I ask why the jus told me that they forgot to put it, but I got a free lemonade for my troubles. The breakfast supose to be included in the cost, well, in the morning when I go to the restaurant it is close, when I go to the front desk to ask whta will happen with my supose free breakfast, the lady say "sorry today is hollyday and cook is not comig", so I just got a sorry and better luck for the nex time. THIS IS AN HOTEL AN PEOPLE GO TO HOTELS ON HOLLYDAYS, IF YOU A SERIOUS HOTEL YOU WILL HAVE STAFF SPECIALLY ON HOLYDAYS WHEN CUSTUMERS ARE MORE LIKELY TO COME. No wonder why there was no custumers in the hotel in a hollyday, no custumres and still giving a bad service. In normal conditions this place is already expsive, what you get for the cost is no worth it, now if sum that they don´t deliver what they promise and only make excuses for it, as I say before, I´ll consider better options.

Stayed here for one night and it's a really homely place run by wonderful people and super helpful staff. The hotel was derelict for many years until the original family bought the place back and totally refurbished it with so much love and attention to detail. It's definitely on the favourite list :-)
