Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!

Amo il piccolo bungalow, super pulito (nessun bug) che è carino. La famiglia che la possiede super benvenuto e amichevole. Chi non ama un comodo letto e grande Ac. Tutto quello che hai bisogno durante il viaggio.
Ci ha anche organizzato per avere un scooter per i giorni che eravamo li'.
Se torniamo, torneremo a casa dei bungalow.

We had the most amazing stay here the hosts were so kind and friendly. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. We also got free breakfast which was a bonus and was super delicious aswell. We also rented a scooter from them aswell only coasting us 150,000VND and it was very helpful for getting around and going down to their local restaurant (the lantern restaurant) highly recommended going there aswell! The owners were SO helpful and booked our bus for us to our next destination in Vietnam and also booked a cave tour for us aswell which is worth doing when you in Phong Nha. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us. 😁

L'ambiente è di prima classe, il paesaggio è di prima classe.Può nuotare, piangere, uscire dalla stanza è, stile familiare gentile, la comunicazione inglese non è ostacolata, la colazione non è molto ricca ma abbastanza, tre pasti al giorno sono soddisfatti, il prezzo è molto equo.Molti piccoli panini sono molti, e posso anche capire che dopo tutto è un ambiente naturale, e non c'è problema quando chiudo la porta. La prossima volta che vivremo qui, tranquillo, conveniente, Oxali è vicino

Di recente ho soggiornato al Phong Nha Mountain House e posso dire onestamente che è stata una delle esperienze più confortevoli e accoglienti che abbia mai avuto. I padroni di casa hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse perfetto. Ci hanno aiutato con tutto, dal bucato al cibo, fino a fornire preziosi consigli sulla zona.
Mi hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un incredibile tour intorno alle grotte, che è stato il momento clou del mio viaggio. Quando la mia moto si è rotta, si sono offerti di trovarmi un meccanico e mi hanno persino portato alla stazione degli autobus per assicurarmi che potessi continuare il mio viaggio in sicurezza.
Non potrei raccomandare abbastanza Phong Nha Mountain House. I padroni di casa sono tra le persone più gentili e genuine che abbia mai incontrato e la loro ospitalità ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero indimenticabile.

Ho fatto un viaggio da solo a Quang Binh e è assolutamente giusto stare a Doan Gia. Da struttura, posizione al personale, tutto è sorprendente. Il tasso di camera dell'hotel è leggermente più alto di quello di altri nella zona, ma vale davvero la pena di pagare, soprattutto quando si acquista un combo con camera, tour per caverna (che è gestito esclusivamente da Doan Gia) e il glamping nella foresta è certamente valsa la pena di provare. Grazie An - il direttore e il miglior guide turistico, Minh - il portatore, il miglior cuoco e tutto il personale di Doan Gia per un bel viaggio.

YYuzawa Ichikaオーナーは人柄がよく、連絡を細かくとってくれました。わたしがフエから電車でホテルに行こうとしていましたが、それでは便が悪いので、フエからバスで来るといいと教えてくれ、バスチケットもとってくれました。わたしが途中で迷わなかったのはオーナーのおかげです。また、宿は自然の中にあり、心が落ち着く場所です。インテリアに無駄なものはありませんが、それがまた良くて過ごしやすいです。中庭にはプールがありました。中庭からレストランに入れるオープンな造りがユニークでわたしはとても好きです。帰りはタクシーを呼んでくれました。タクシーの運転手も知り合いのようで、中まで荷物を取りに来てくれました。レストランの食事や飲み物の種類は豊富で味がいいです。レストランだけの利用もできます。雰囲気はとてもアットホーム、また利用したいです。

Personnel très accueillant et soucieux de notre bien être. La patronne explique bien les différentes offres d’excursion, ayant été guide elle même dans le passé. La vue est incroyable sur la rivière et les montagnes, et un emplacement de l’hôtel au top, proche du centre ville. On peut se rendre à pied sans problème jusqu’au touriste center pour les billets pour les grottes. Nous avons également manger sur place, la nourriture est très bonne!

UUtente ospiteThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!

- L’hotel è corretto MA attenzione il personale ci nacca. abbiamo usato il loro servizio di massaggio, abbiamo scelto la formula di 60 minuti, tradurre in vietnamita e assicurarci che avevano capito bene. Alla fine ci hanno fatto la formula di 90 minuti, senza orologi per poter verificare l’ora, e ovviamente abbiamo dovuto pagare il doppio. Abbiamo prenotato il bus dell’hotel per visitare Hué un’altra città, sotto l’insistance du personnel qui nous avait assuré d’une arrivée à 12h pour un départ à 9h. Nous avons finalement mis le double, Ciò che è molto irritante quando si visita una città al giorno. E quando abbiamo chiesto al conducente, quest’ultimo ci ha detto che era normale e che l’errore veniva dall’hotel. Attenta, ti stanno insultando in ogni anima e coscienza. Ovviamente non c'è giustificazione quando si cerca di contattare il personale per spiegazione. INDICABILE. L'hotel è ok MA be careful the staff is scammering us. UUtente ospiteWe absolutely loved our time here, it was the perfect location for us and the hosts were brilliant from start to finish. As such I'll put up a video on our YT channel 66tripsleft within the next month, this will have lots of footage. I was a little concerned about the location being a bit too far out from the town but it was fine, with a few little stores and restaurants within walking distance, although we liked eating at the hotel, by the pool, with a view of the river. This felt like a real homestay, it's run by a family who are always available and it's got such a lovely vibe because of this, with enquiries/drinks dealt with by Hung, meals cooked by his wife, reasonable rates for everything (food, drink, laundry). There's a couple of cycles you can borrow for free. Hung organised a scooter for us for which we paid him (150k dong/day), it was delivered to us and picked up after we left, all perfect. This enabled us to visit Paradise Cave and Dark Cave for a total 1.4million dong (£46), whereas with a tour you will be paying over 1.2 million for each person, per trip, plus having to do it all at the same time as every over tour. It meant we could arrive at Paradise Cave at 11:30 just as every coach was leaving, we had the place almost to ourselves. I've already suggested Phong Nha to a view people and I've recommend the Restful River too, for a brilliant trip. I don't really have anything negative but as others had said the only issue was the combination of westerner used to soft beds and standard firm Vietnamese (SE Asian) mattresses. If you're coming to Vietnam and spending this sort of money on a hotel then that's what you're going to get everywhere, so come prepared like we did and bring a hiker's small self-inflating airbed, works a treat!

FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

The room was cool and offered a spectacular view of the Son River and the limestone hills facing us. There were several quiet places to sit, whether on our private balcony or either of the two decks all overlooking the river. The meals we enjoyed were local dishes, all were delicious, Beer, water and soft drinks were readily available. The rooms were cosy. They did not have a fridge but the showers were strong and refreshing. A great host made the stay relaxing, informative and enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
