L'hotel è molto centrale della città. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Le camere sono molto pulite. Il personale del desk ha parlato molto bene inglese. Lavanderia è tornata in tempo e è stata correttamente fatta. Sono stato lì all'altezza della pandemia, quindi penso che, di norma, sia stata un'esperienza ancora migliore.

Nessuna nozione di servizio clienti. Nessuna biancheria appropriata e quando si chiede di fornire biancheria più calda (hanno dato letti per biancheria), hanno detto che non è stata lavata dall'inverno (6 mesi fa). Al buffet, chiedeva carne in piu'a Pho, e il personale disse che non avevano abbastanza per gli ospiti.
