My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

Good price and service. Will back again next time.

아내와 하롱베이 크루즈 여행을 마친 후 다시 하이즈엉으로 돌아와서 숙박했습니다. 시내에서 가깝고 편리하며 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 직원들도 대체로 친절합니다.

Prendi colazione, pulito, tranquillo.La posizione è buona, molto buona.Aria condizionata, acqua calda, tutti.Il rapporto prezzo è alto, più di 200 yuan ogni notte, è fantastico, torna la prossima volta.

Nam Cuong Hai Duong potrebbe essere un marchio di terra di questa zona, l'hotel è grande ma pulito e caldo. La mia stanza era spaziale e ben designata. La cena era deliziosa, il colazione ha molte scelte di cibo asiatico e occidentale. Il germo reale di questo hotel è il personale. Il loro inglese è limitato, ma può davvero andare a migliaia di miglia per aiutare. Molto attento e gentile, amo il loro sorriso, perché lo sapevo da cuore non copiare e pastare. Grazie Nam Cuong Hai Duong e vi vedrò in un prossimo futuro.

La stanza era bella, ma il personale era super brutto Ho chiesto di uscire tardi e il personale dell'hotel ha potuto utilizzare la stanza fino alle 13:00 E oggi non era lo stesso personale e dopo le 11:30 il personale infinitamente sbattuto e chiamato , e dicendo di dover uscire dalla stanza subito , così ho spiegato il checkout ora è 1pm , e il personale ha detto prima di 1pm Ho controllato alle 12:57 e il mio amico è uscito dalle 13:00 e ho controllato alle 13:03 Il personale femminile ha chiesto 430,000 vnd per 1,2 minuti di ritardo Haiduong era un bel posto e la gente era carina ma il mio viaggio era del tutto insuccesso per la giovane donna

Beautiful boutique hotel. Room had everything. Clean, quiet, smells nice in the room &Hotel. The location is also very nice - close to the main road. Minus is they don't speak English and the breakfast is very basic (they don't have any option you just get some soup and fruit)

Ok, anche se l'apparecchiatura hardware dell'hotel è più vecchia, il cameriere è molto attento.E'soddisfacente.Lo apprezzo.

Very decent. Only problem is it's location. It's in a residential area with very little to do. However the room is very nice, modern and clean. WiFi is fast and reliable and staff are friendly.
