1.衞生，房間內有小強在爬，廁所內掛着蜘蛛網。
2.床品，厚厚的被子（冬被），舒適，但不適宜熱度時節，雙床顯得很小，説1.35感覺就1.2。那麼大空間完全可以2個1.5米。
3.景觀房，實際就是環半個房間的窗，對着門口的露台和對面高樓的窗户。
4.電視櫃，電線插座裸露在外，亂且不安全。
5.酒吧櫃，空空，連冰箱也不配一個。
6.燈光控制面板，晚上亮的耀眼。
