TTaarazWe stayed here for 9 nights so really got a feel for the hotel. We had a king room with one large bed. The rooms are fine but they do lack storage, and as we were staying for 9 nights we did have a bit of baggage. There is nowhere to put your suitcases, they don’t fit under the bed there are no drawers, and only a few hangers. We made do by putting our clothes in piles on top of the air con unit, and bench type seat, dressing table and wherever we could find space. We made it work. The room was clean, we only had housekeeping twice during that stay, we had to turn her away at 0750 in the morning and we asked if she could come back later and she said no. Bathroom was a nice size, had lovely toiletries. Hot water took a while to come through but it did always get there. We had a blocked sink and that was fixed very quickly. Bed was super comfortable, pillows not so, a bit lumpy. The gym was fab, nice and clean, and modern. Not massive but very well equipped and well maintained equipment. The pool was also nice and well maintained. Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 was great too, nice touch and coffee was good. Reception staff were all very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed help with. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. On a Saturday/Sunday and Wednesday it was noticeably better than the other days. There was more of a variety of food put out, like bacon, Grits, more fruit composite, yoghurts etc… it never ran out even when busy as the other days, not so much hot choice and it did run out and we had to wait. The reception area was always kept very clean and tidy, always someone wiping surfaces and cleaning. The location was nice and quiet, within walking distance to a few local restaurants like Applebys, Ruby Tuesdays, cracker barrel, longhorn steakhouse. Overall a nice, pleasant stay.

Omg this hotel is clean and nice they have a pool rooms super clean the owner is amazing safe place to stay and the price is great free breakfast snacks and drinks u can charge to yr room .if I was u I would stay here it's a awesome place.

UUtente ospiteLa prima volta che si trovava con Holiday Inn in anni. Il check-in è stato veloce e facile. La stanza è stata aggiornata e pulite le vie d'acqua e le aree comuni sono anche molto pulite. Viaggiavo per lavoro, quindi quando sono tornato all'hotel, è stato bello poter cambiare vestiti e andare al ristorante per cena. Ho avuto il miglior martini di rosa che abbia mai avuto e il cibo era delizioso il barista era anche molto bello, così come il resto del personale. Mi sono ancora più impressionato quando il conto è arrivato e il costo era lo stesso di un pasto medio in ristorante. Dopo cena, potevo prendere quello che sembrava una doccia di un'ora con acqua calda che non ha mai suscitato e non ha mai fatto la pressione acqua. Mi piaceva la passeggiata aggiornata In doccia, ma vorrei che avessero aggiornato la luce. Il letto era molto confortevole (mi piace una matita morbide) con una copertina di tubo spessa. L'ac pompò fuori aria fredda e il segnale wifi rimaneva molto forte. Molte uscite per tutti i miei dispositivi da caricare. Sono solo uscite normali senza usb. La prenotazione non l'ha elencato per “continua inclusa” ma era. Aveva diverse opzioni calde e fredde. L'unico negativo è che viaggi per lavoro e devo avere un ricevimento formale per il rimborso. Poiché ho prenotato con Booking non potevano darmi un ricevimento corretto (uno con il prezzo effettivo) diceva che avrei dovuto usare il mio email di conferma. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel utilizzando la prenotazione e non ho mai avuto questo problema. Rimarrò certamente la prossima volta che sono in città. Mi sono dimenticato di prendere il pix prima di portare il mio bagaglio e sembra di aver dimenticato di prendere uno dei bagni/duche.

This is not a ”pet friendly” hotel. We stayed twice in one week last year and had no problems checking in with our cat. However, on the way back there was an issue with having our cat and were told they only allow dogs. After I stated we had stayed there a week ago with no problems we were allowed to stay. Then as we were a half hour early from their check in time, we were made to sit in the lobby exhausted from traveling with a pet that was exhausted from being cooped up. And, no, it very much did not appear to be a housekeeping issue it was strictly a unhospitable time issue. we are getting ready to do this yearly trip again and need to find a true pet friendly accommodation.

BBeau747Every time I visited my relatives I stayed at this lovely hotel. It’s more clean hotel I have ever been in my whole life. You will see your name on welcome screen. They provided shampoo for shower, coffee available 24hrs.

When we travel all over the USA we’ve Never had such an awful experience as we did on April 12,2024. We arrived around 10:30 to see if we could get a room for half a day so husband could get a couple hours of sleep since he had been driving with no sleep. Desk person said we had to have a room full price. Talked to someone else about getting half rate for a few hours. Answer was no. Ok I still book it with him. He was fine. But the hotel had such a dirty stench after we got our room we go inside it and it was so bad. The hallway ,room everything was so smelly you were afraid to sit down. We got because he needed sleep. The furniture was old and dirty,smelly. The linens on bed looked like they were so old and used for something else. Broken toilet seat and cockroaches in hallway . Couldn’t even clean them up. Like I said we’ve Never had any experience like this. I’m putting little better than it was. So not even an hour I think we couldn’t stay there . So we left. Went stairs to check out. Didn’t even offer a refund. But wanted me to do a review. So we will keep this receipt in case we go back through that part of S.Carolina again. Don’t even consider it this place. Don’t waste 130.00 on a room. So not worth it one bit. So we left and drove and found somewhere else to stop. Beautiful,homey and clean. AD

AAmber GHORRIBLE place. Do not stay here. Not only is it unclean and under construction, but its also completely unsafe. Especially if you have children with you. the photos make it seem so clean and comfortable and well taken care of but it is not. We arrived around 1 pm and were allowed early check in, so we got our room. When walking up the flight of stairs we had to walk past a man who was playing loud music and drinking alcohol at the top of the steps. This man proved to be an issue for the remaining 5 hours we were there. He would purposely come out of his room whenever my teenage daughter was out and stared at her, there were other people hanging out in cars next to ours and we were constantly being watched. To the point we would look out of the window before stepping out of our room to see if anyone was outside. Shortly after we would leave the room to swim or go to dinner the men would step out again just constantly watching our children. The phones in the rooms do not work, they are just for show. The linens are stained, rooms were dirty. After the last incident of my daughter being stared at as we walked up the stairs and then seeing him watch her and turn his head as she passed him and only coming out of his room for this purpose we decided to check out, that we didn't want to risk staying the night. My husband packed us up and loaded the vehicle and pulled over to the front office to talk to the manager who is COMPLETLEY aware of the issues there with their 'long term' residents. He asked my husband which side were the people bothering us at and he explained they were to the right of us. The man just put his head down and shook his head. Then proceeded to tell my husband ”You can either stay or leave that is up to you” but wouldn't give a refund or move our rooms or anything to resolve this issue. The room beneath us was also under construction while our room had paint peeling from the ceiling which I am including a photo of for reference to the condition of this place.
