We have stayed several times at this Westin Location and the service has always been professional and hospitable. This stay was no different. My disappointment is with a simple issue, but one which made me decided to switch back to Hilton after 25 years. Our room did not have a floor lamp or desk lamp. I also noticed a large space in the corner, near the window, where apparently there used to be a chair. We asked for a floor lamp and staff were nice enough to give us a better room on a higher floor. However I noticed this room also had a large empty space near the window as well. All the photos on the hotel site show a chair near the window. There is no renovation program in place, so it appears Marriott decided to ditch the chairs. I also had an encounter with an extremely nice man from room service. As I was walking down the hallway, he was attempting to move a roller cart full of food from the service elevator area to the hallway so he could deliver a patron’s order. He was having a difficult time because the wheels on the cart were not rolling properly. I stopped and helped lift the cart into the hallway, so he could make his delivery. I saw that the wheels were not working properly because the user continually had to bang the wheels against the old floors in order to get it into the hallway. The wheels needed replacing, or better yet a new cart is on order. I felt so bad for him. The nickel and diming is ridiculous. I used to be a Platinum with Starwood but have switched over to Hilton because of the clearly downgrade of facilities since the Marriott merger. I feel for the staff, as in each of my staffs they have been absolutely fabulous.

After driving for almost 3 days we checked in at the Buffalo Grove, Illinois location. We were exhausted. Mandy, the manager, made the whole procession quick and easy. The room is very clean and spacious. Mandy and her staff were quick to provide anything we needed. I hope Mandy receives recognition for her outstanding service. The staff are awesome too! I strongly believe the amazing service we received is due to Mandy's superior managerial skills. We highly recommend this Extended Stay in Buffalo Grove Illinois. We've been here 2 weeks. More than likely we will be here another 2 weeks or more while we are house hunting. Because we are happy here we are able to take our time finding our new home. Mi sono davvero divertito al mio soggiorno presso i Four Points di Sheraton a Buffalo Grove. Sono entrato per quattro notti. La stanza era molto grande e comoda. Il letto era molto bello con tante grandi e ricche polpette. Ma la parte migliore del soggiorno era il personale. Ho incontrato alcuni per nome, tra cui Rose, Maryjo e Nancy. Ci sono anche alcuni che non ho imparato i nomi. Ma tutti erano utili e piacevoli come potevano essere. Ti consiglio di rimanere qui se viaggia in questa zona. Grazie per il buon soggiorno!

We arranged for the bridal party for our son's wedding, along with other wedding guests, to stay at the Lincolnshire Hampton Inn which was a few minutes from the reception at the Chevy Chase Country Club. The accommodations at the hotel were the perfect venue for the bridal party to get ready on the day of the wedding, including a separate room with mirror and makeup chairs for the bridesmaids that were provided by the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, the suites were well- appointed, clean and spacious enough for everyone to meet and take pictures, and the shuttle bus that took guests to and from the hotel to the reception was a bonus. I would highly recommend using this Hampton Inn for anyone who is planning a wedding in the area.

Questo hotel è abbastanza nuovo e potremmo dirlo! Era molto pulito. Non ho dato il massimo dei voti per nient'altro perché 1) il fax non funzionava e l'addetto alla reception non poteva dirmi quando sarebbe stato riparato (sono stato qui per 2 settimane), anche se un altro operatore era molto bravo a rifornire le loro offerte per la colazione. Alcuni giorni gli addetti alla reception erano cordiali, altri non così cordiali. Non ho usato i servizi.

This hotel is clean, roomy and comfortable , and the front desk was professional, especially Mr. Habram, he’s very polite and friendly. They provided free coffee every morning, although it’s free, but the quality is still good. Definitely will come back to this hotel!

Stayed here while our house was being worked on. We were a little nervous when we pulled in because it sounded like there was a party happening, and then there was a very long line waiting to check in with just one worker behind the desk. However, once we got checked in, everything was OK. This is the very definition of a ”no frills” hotel, but you know what, that was perfectly fine for what we needed that night. The beds were squeaky but surprisingly comfortable, and we never had an issue with noise. I actually preferred this over the nearby Estia Hotel that was nearly double the price.

The hotel is nice and my staff experience was phenomenal. Front and breakfast staff. My issue with this place is the smell of cigarettes throughout one particular floor even in the room. Also the air conditioner unit is very very loud. So loud you can't sleep. The water in the room was very dirty and no hot water. We had to move our room and was told it was the entire side of the building concerning the hot water. Which was wayyyyyy on the other side of the building. We also had housekeeping repeatedly try to enter our room on check out day. The do not disturb placard was on the door. Check out time was 12 this happened twice before 9am.
