We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. All of the staff were very nice and brought up a crib and extra pillows as soon as we asked. The breakfast was good as well and the free coffee/tea is nice. The hotel was renovated in 2019 and it still feels very new. We will definitely stay here again!

Il controllo sul personale era bello. Il controllo sul tizio, non così bello. Tutti indossano abiti di strada regolari e non si può dire se lavorano o no. Il controllo sul tizio parlava così velocemente e sembrava peggiorato se si chiedeva di ripetere. Ho avuto un problema con la prima stanza dove la serratura non avrebbe catturato, la seconda stanza era bella, ma il calore non funzionava. La terza stanza era bella. Il gentiluomo che mi ha aiutato con tutte le stanze era bella e paziente e scusante. Si prendono un po' e si fanno colazione fredda al checkout, credo sia per la pandemia.

Per chiunque possa preoccuparsi, la mia esperienza con questo hotel non è stata una buona. Quando mi sono iscritto per la prima volta in 8/14/24 Mi sono iscritto nella stanza #257 che sembrava essere una stanza di magazzino con buche di pittura e cose diverse. Quindi sono tornato al divano e ho spiegato al ragazzo del divano che la stanza era una stanza di stoccaggio. Ha detto che pensavo di mettere #207, ho detto che non era #257 qui è il video che ho preso con la chiave e il numero della stanza. Il tizio del divano di fronte ha detto e la porta è aperta? Ho detto sì. Mi ha scusato e mi ha dato un'altra stanza. #221. Così andai in quella stanza per controllarla per assicurarmi che fosse tutto a posto, solo per scoprire che ci sono stati tinture sulle foglie e la molle nere nel bagno sul ciglio. e sembrava di essere stata dipinta e non si è fatto bene. Poi sono tornato al divano, erano andati via per la notte e c'era una donna, quindi mi ha dato un'altra stanza #357. Ha detto di farle sapere come era quella stanza. Per la mia sorpresa era meglio. Credo che l'hotel possa essere migliorato un po' più e la custodia dovrebbe assicurarsi che verifichino che la pulizia della stanza è fino a pari. Poi parcheggiai dietro l’hotel, per essere più vicino alla mia stanza, e nessuna delle porte mi lasciava entrare con la chiave dovevo camminare tutto il viaggio di ritorno all’alto dell’hotel per entrare nell’edificio. Quando sono arrivato lì, il tipo del desk front ha detto che possiamo uscire dalle porte, ma non possiamo tornare. Poi ho chiesto quale punto delle porte avranno accesso alla chiave se le chiavi non funzionano. un po' frustrato in questo punto. Io sono un tipo di alloggio per l'inconveniente. Poi c'era una tassa di 12 dollari per persona per colazione. Pensavo che la colazione fosse inclusa. Ma è così. Anche la macchina del caffè non funzionava nella stanza. Non ero felice. Ma il DNC era in città e non c'era altro posto dove andare a prenotare tutto, così mi sono fermato, ma non ero felice.

Great value. Central location. We continue to stay time after time. It is like having a small apartment instead of just a regular hotel room. The morning breakfast is worth the nightly rate alone. Made to order omelets and a variety of other options too that change daily.

Phenomenal stay. We are picky & prefer the Autograph Collection hotels when staying with Marriott. Vanessa & Joshua are gems and I hope management recognizes them for their exceptional service. I checked in alone with our six year old son and they went above and beyond to assist us and entertain him - even sending cookies and milk addressed to him & his favorite stuffed animal by name. I was beyond impressed (and felt incredibly safe and cared for). Then, my husband met us late in the evening after his flight & there were more special touches added to our stay. We are in the middle of relocating to Chicagoland and will stay here for all future visits. I was apprehensive about moving north coming from the south (known for friendliness) and the hotel staff here solidified that we made the right choice moving here!! They had no way of knowing this, but their first impression truly has alleviated so much stress. Thank you, The Drake staff!

Our room was clean when we checked in. Eddie, the man at the front desk in the evening is wonderful and very helpful. He really went out of his way for us as much as he could. The pots and pans were very nice, good quality stainless steel which was very nice. The ice maker kicks out 7 cubes every two hours so if you want ice your first night, ask the front desk. We did and Eddie was happy to get me plenty of ice to get us through until the ice maker caught up. I requested a general handicapped accessible room (my husband is disabled) and stressed that we did not need a roll in shower when I booked the room. When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready (it was before check in time so we were willing to wait until check in time), and that we were booked into a room with a roll in shower. The woman said the previous guest had just checked out (it was several hours past check out time so they should have been told to leave if the staff knew another guest would need that room) and that we had to have that room since it had a roll in shower. I told her again that we did not need a roll in shower, just a general handicapped accessible suit and that my husband would be fine in the bathroom with just grab bars. She told me I had to have the room with the roll in shower because another staff member had booked it that way and there was nothing she could do. We waited until after check in time and were told that our room was still not ready and we’d have to continue to wait. It had been over an hour and was now past check in time. This was NOT acceptable. If a guest is expected to be booked into a room and that is the only room they are allowed to have then the previous guest in the room needs to be told they have to check out by check out time. There is no reason that we should have had to wait well past check in time to get settled into our room. We should have been reimbursed points for that since we were not able to use our room through no fault of ours. My daughter asked the woman why we HAD to have that particular room and was informed again that it was because it had a roll in shower and the room was booked that way and there was nothing she could do and we HAD to have THAT room, we could not have any other room. My daughter explained again that we didn’t need a roll in shower and asked why we had to have THAT room, and that we would be perfectly happy with a different room that was ready. She then asked if my husband could step in and out of a bathtub and my daughter said he could. I had already told the woman this. She finally got us into a room that was a general handicapped room, with a regular tub, which is what I had requested both when I booked the room and when I attempted to check in. The living room curtains were on an automated system to open and close them from a switch in the wall, but the track was broken and the curtain hung limply at one end. We were not able to operate the system because of this so were not able to open or

Very polite staff, rooms are nice and you can tell the cleanliness is maintained. Nice location and up to date! Quiet as well
