Facility is very clean and very well maintained, breakfast is Continental style, simple but fresh and hot, the coffee is always good. I came to this area four times a year and never stayed with other hotel place in recent five years, the major reason attracting me is the People - hotel stuff, very nice and professional, customer orientation, while any trouble happened you always can count on them to help, they made me feel like another home to stay, like Saqib, Graziela, and Alicia, they all provided excellent experience for guests, I continued selecting this hotel and come back here again for coming visit.

It's a standard Courtyard. The room was a good size with a sofa. The a/c was a bit loud but manageable. We did not have breakfast there, only coffee which was good. The hotel is located in a business park so you have to drive to I-495 for a couple of miles.

Unfortunately my husband and I are currently unhoused. We were illegally evicted in September from the place we were living in Malden. Because of my husband and I having multiple health issues and being disabled and not having a lot of support from family members Etc we find ourselves having to look for inexpensive places to stay so that we don't freeze to death. When we first got to that location the employees there were being nice and understanding. It wasn't until the very last couple days where we started experiencing problems. This assistant manager and other employee decided to eavesdrop in front of our door because they heard me crying. Not to get too personal on here but I was crying because lately I have been dealing with a lot of death in my family. It was also Thanksgiving and my husband and I didn't even get to eat any food and it was just extremely depressing. They tried to make it look like they were just by the door because they were painting some wall near our room which they were doing that but there was no reason why they needed to listen to our conversation. It doesn't matter that I was crying I wasn't even being loud. When they knocked on the door I explained to them why I was crying and that everything was fine. When my husband asked what was going on he understandably was upset that they were standing at our door listening so he expressed his frustration and because the manager was still eavesdropping which by the way she ended up admitting the second time I opened the door she first tried to tell me that my husband had to leave. I told her no he didn't do anything wrong I'm not going to make him leave so she told us that we both have to leave the next day. And this was all because she didn't like the fact that my husband got upset which as I already mentioned I don't blame him at all. They shouldn't have been by our door eavesdropping. We want being loud or causing any problems. Anyhow the next day we were trying to figure things out. Unfortunately on top of being homeless we don't have a vehicle either. So until we were able to get more money to book a room somewhere else we were stuck out there and it was cold that day, very cold. So one of the times my husband had gone in I think to get coffee or something the other employee that was with the manager eavesdropping stopped my husband and basically asked him if we had another place to go. She seemed to feel bad about what had happened with the manager so she told my husband that we could book another night and that leave would just have to leave in the morning. It's also important that I mention that they have security cameras there and the day the other employee offered to let us stay another night she was also letting us come in and use the employee bathroom, so it would be easy to see us doing that. So around I believe 6:30 that night we will finally able to get funds to get a room again. The employee that offered to let us get a room again was not there by the time we

La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande e la vita è molto confortevole.E'molto adatto per la famiglia per viaggiare per scegliere questo marchio. La colazione dell'hotel è anche buona. E il costo di parcheggio di un hotel è gratuito, molto buono.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e abbiamo visitato Salem il fine settimana di Halloween. tutti gli hotel vicino o a Salem erano insulti e come previsto. Se volessimo mantenerlo sotto 100 dollari a notte, dovevamo restare qui, e questo era con uno sconto di LFF. Non avevamo caldo da parte nostra, ma il cameriere era abbastanza carino da permetterci un riscaldatore. Quell'ultimo era davvero un buon lavoro. Non c'erano altre stanze di fumo a disposizione quella notte. Il cameriere cercava una nuova stanza per metterci dentro e il mio GF fuma, quindi non volevo rischiare la tassa di fumo in una stanza non fumante, ma non c'era modo di pagare di più per rimanere qui, a questo punto, per qualsiasi occasione. Il pavimento e il ruggine della camera erano disgustosi, quasi come HK dimenticava di pulire il pavimento e il vuoto prima della loro uscita. Non c'era nessun caffè nella stanza, ma non molto, e il frigo non era mai stato attaccato in modo che non potevamo tenere i resti, quindi dovevamo lasciarli in macchina tutta la notte, fortunatamente è sceso a 35 a notte per questo. Era una stanza di fumo che abbiamo chiesto, ma ci sono stati tanti vecchi ceneri di sigarette e di tabacco sdraiati sopra la copertina di primavera, così che quando hai tirato fuori le foglie dal suo pacchetto tutto quello che è venuto e sulle foglie che abbiamo dovuto Dormiva, non eravamo molto felici. I fumatori non piacevano nemmeno vederlo. Il letto era comodo per dormire e abbiamo avuto un sonno davvero buono. Era abbastanza tranquillo. Non era cosi' cattivo in generale. This is the worst inn I’ve ever stayed in. It said that it was 100% cigarettes free but it was most definitely not.It smelt like cigarettes and there were cigarettes buds everywhere. It is false advertising, the rooms actually looked ok in the website but when we got there it was tiny, the bed takes up the whole room and there is no lock on the bathroom. DO NOT GO TO THIS INN.Unless you want to have the worst night sleep of your life. The air conditioning barely works and it was way to loud. There was dog poop on the grass. I stayed here with two other family in different rooms and they hated it too. Right when I walked in the room I was shocked at how small it is.
