Abbiamo notato un orribile odore nella stanza quando siamo arrivati, era come se qualcuno cucinasse qualche tipo di rami da un pacchetto ogni giorno. Quindi abbiamo notato un bug sulle tende, non preoccuparci, ucciderlo e pensava che succedesse OK .... Quella notte ci svegliamo molte volte durante la notte, ridendo e parlando in sala. Dovremmo uscire alle 7:00, non era buono. Ho chiamato il dipartimento di fronte alle 2:00 per farli sapere cosa sta succedendo. Le donne con cui ho parlato non sembravano sorprese e disse che avrebbe controllato. Quando l'allarme si è finalmente spostato e abbiamo lasciato la stanza, ci sono stati due sacchetti pieni di spazzatura da mangiare in sala, davanti alla stanza, e ho parlato al divano e ho detto che non vorremmo restare la seconda notte che avevamo prenotato. Mi è stato detto che era buono e mi è stato detto che gli ospiti erano rimasti a lungo e che era la loro notte scorsa. No grazie - abbiamo controllato e ora siamo rimasti al Holiday Inn Express a Downtown Springfield. La mia ragazza e io abbiamo fatto il nostro viaggio annuale, e quest'anno siamo stati i Berkshires. Abbiamo entrambi volato a Hartford, CT e siamo andati a Springfield per la nostra prima notte, che era in questo Best Western. La stanza era stretta con due letti matrimoniali, ma aveva un piccolo frigo e un caffè. Il letto era medio. Ci trovavamo di fronte a una strada occupata, così abbiamo avuto un bel rumore stradale. Il bagno era buono con il bacino fuori dal bagno. Il prezzo era ragionevole e la stanza era pulita, ma non credo che resterei qui per più di una notte o due.

It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly.

This hotel is located at a convenient location. Staff is friendly. The carpet in the hallway has a smell. The loveseat in the room does not inspire confidence when it comes to cleanliness. It’s time for replacement. The beddings are clean. And why dies TripAdvisor still require 200 words is beyond me.

We stayed at MGM Springfield in a wellness double queen room with street view. The room was beautifully designed but not comfortable. We were 3 people in one room with only one chair and a tiny table not enough to put a bottle of water on top of it. So, we couldn’t relax or sit down unless we sat on the bed which we don’t like to do with outdoor clothing. We couldn’t have dining service nor even enjoy a drink in the room because there was no table or chairs to use. In addition the closet was super tiny and barely fit 3 suits because the closet had the coffee machine on a stand inside the closet. Who puts a coffee machine inside a closet to stink up clothes not to mention you couldn’t even see inside the closet to make a cup of tea or coffee because there was no room and no light? Also there was no dresser nor chest to put clothes into. We literally had to live out of our suitcases and stand around the room. There was no exhaust fan either in the bathroom. The entire room was also pretty dark and needed more lighting. I would say this was extremely expensive for what was offered. On the upside the room was very clean. Other hotels nearby may not be luxury but neither was this one. Sad I had hoped for better.

JJessica BPlenty of storage. Room service appropriately priced. Housekeeping doesn't always speak English but they will replenish towels and sheets, but will heavily bang on the door. Not remote worker friendly. Balconies are decent but not cleaned. Respond well when SA occurs, we're quick to hand WSPD the footage. Felt safe there even though that happened to my mom and the deadbolt lock snapped with my kid in the room. Actually pet friendly. Descent breakfast bar. Bathroom leaked through the wall and balcony doors can be rough to open but we've been to worse since being displaced from a house fire.

JJosh EWe had a nice experience at the Red Roof West Springfield during school vacation. The staff was super nice and helped me figure out kid friendly activities in the area. They also recommended Cals Woodfire Restaurant and IHOP for breakfast. The hotel sat near restaurants, a grocery store and the Dr. Seuss museum. Our room was clean with a comfortable mattress. We also like the strong water pressure in our shower. We will be back once Six Flags opens for the summer.
