Sono sicuro che alcune delle camere qui sono molto belle, ma anche se la mia era ”superiore” (Secondo Wyndham), non era una delle più belle. Era in un'ala del complesso che passava attraverso un lago, vista la parcheggio da un lato, e con una finestra all'area da pranzo dall'altro. La finestra del centro di cena era interessante al mattino quando ho aperto le cabine in biancheria per far luce e ho scoperto un pubblico che aveva colazione. Altre cose che contribuiscono ad un'esperienza subpar: bagno immerso che non si è riversato, nessuna uscita conveniente vicino al letto per il pagamento, nessuna luce accanto al letto, confondenti switch di parete, una selezione di canali TV poco interessante. Il bar è chiuso alle nove.10. troppo presto. La colazione era bella, in un bel angolo, ma piccolo, di una stanza. La parte più vecchia dell’edificio è bella. Piazze di seggiolino di porcheria esterna piacevoli.

Sono un ”Marriott Recompense Member” & Un Leale ”Marriott Hotel Guest” Per molti anni ora. Avrei valutato la mia esperienza di hotel Guest con CINQUE STAR, ma ero stato avvicinato ieri da un maschio ristorante dipendente In un modo non professionale/inconveniente! Ero sul Complementary Computer & An African American Male Restaurant Employee Mi avvicinò con ”So chi sei e ti ho visto quando hai entrato nell'hotel.” Mi ha poi informato che il Complementary Computer è per gli ospiti dell'hotel Solo Senza nemmeno chiedermi Se avessi una prenotazione di hotel O se fossi un ospite di hotel!! Comunicato con Jennifer-”Front Desk” Che era amichevole e professionale Che mi faceva sentire speciale come un ”Marriott Hotel Guest”. Mi sento basata sul mio genere e sulla mia gara che era il motivo per cui mi ero avvicinato a un'amica che mi ha fatto sentire incolpato come un ”Marriott Hotel Guest”! Ho avuto un momento dove volevo CRY! Sono grato per Jennifer-”Front Desk” Che era amichevole e professionale per me come un ”Hotel Guest” La mia camera dell'hotel era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole che mi aspetto a ”Marriott Hotel”. Il lobby dell'hotel è molto visivamente attraente e così è il Gazebo As Well. VOGLIA comunicare al Ristorante Maschile Gli impiegati per avvicinarsi a Tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel in A Manner Professional Quanto A Hotel Guest's Reservation At This Hotel Property When He See Hotel Guests Using The Hotel's Complimentary Computer In The Future!! I Really Need to Comunicate As Well To The ”General Manager” Amoy & Antoinette Johnson-”Guest Service Manager” On My Hotel Guest Experience About The Restaurant Male Employee!!

E'un bello spettacolo.

This little hotel is wonderful for many reasons. First, needed a different room for the trip that I was on due to the fact that our organization usually has a social networking time in whatever suite I get put into. The first room was not suitable for this and I went to the front desk and asked for another room more suitable. Even though they were full capacity they still were able to make it work and get me a room that was perfect. Kudos to those gentlemen for that! Second, this hotel has a great location to most all of the downtown restaurants and bars. Lyft/Uber rides are plentiful and less expensive than some places we attend. Lastly, the hotel itself has a fantastic vibe! The old antique feeling of all of the rooms is a wonderful feeling.

This is the place to stay in Winston Salem. My nephew who was only a day old was transferred to the NICU at at local hospital. As you can imagine my brother had a lot going on. I called the hotel and Tanya went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate and help to make this horrible situation a little easier. She kept in contact with me during my brothers stay, extended his stay and the hotel even got the baby a gift that was waiting for them at check out. Everyone should take a lesson from this employee. The kindness she showed was so appreciated. There are not enough words to describe how much it meant. Thank you Tanya! She deserves a raise!
