Durante un'uscita di potenza abbiamo fatto una prenotazione acca diversa Residence Inn solo per averla cancellata per posta elettronica poche ore dopo. Ho chiamato questo posto e non solo hanno una stanza, dopo aver sentito la nostra mancanza di potere, l'agente ci ha detto di venire anche prima di controllare in ore. La gentilezza che ci ha mostrato quando stavamo cercando di alloggiare il 4° giorno di un'uscita di energia è stata semplicemente il migliore e molto apprezzato! Dalle mie prime chiamate telefoniche, al controllo in corso e tardi il giorno dopo che abbiamo controllato presto - servizio clienti e gentilezza erano di prima classe! Quando abbiamo controllato presto, l'agente voleva assicurarsi che avessimo il potere e che la nostra casa fosse sicura. E nonostante l'esame che abbiamo effettuato nel passato del tempo di cancellazione, non ci era stato imputato per quella notte. Il personale è semplicemente fantastico e la sua gentilezza è stata una luce che abbiamo bisogno disperatamente. La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, anche se il letto era un po' troppo morbido. La stanza era pulita e la cucina era perfetta.

As others have said, this hotel is nice but does need to move forward. When we arrived after a very long flight and drive we couldn’t find reception. It appeared that the drive through drop off had been turned into a seating area and there were no signs or directions to help, first fail. We finally found where to go and had a lot of luggage so had to just park as near as we could and find a trolley. This area was opened up the day we left so least loading the car was easier. There was only one lift we found which was very very slow. The foyer is also very noisy as the Hudson restaurant overspills into that area. We were told we had a large king room and when we went in, yes it was nice and spacious with a huge sofa to chill on. However when we looked out of the massive window, rather than a lovely balcony or even a view of the car park we were squashed in the corner with just a view of a pitched roof so made our room very dark with very limited natural light. The patio room next door was being refurbed so there dirty windows and dust. We never actually saw anyone fixing it either. The coffee making area was very tiny so instead of putting it into the room, it’s squished by the bathroom. What we hadn’t realised and not easy to see, the coffee in reception and parking there is a fee for so beware of that - you get nothing for free. There is a pool but was heavily used by children so there appeared to be no adult time. It also looked tired. Everywhere does look like it needs redecorating and bedding is tired and one slow lift clearly was a hindrance to some. As we were only one floor up we used stairs apart from check in and out. What did notice was someone had used a table upstairs for chilling as there was seating but a dirty wine glass and beer glass stayed there for three days! Didn’t make us feel that cleanliness was priority. We only had one breakfast at Hudson bar which was nice but at $65 we thought that not viable for our stay, so we brought some breakfast to have in our room each day. Washing up was a challenge so bought own tea towel. As others have said cleaning is on request so we opted not to have it and just asked for coffee pods as needed. Fridge did need a defrost, as couldn’t put any ice packs into the ice box. Staff are ok but again depends who you get, needs to be more across the board than intermittent.

Ci è un frigorifero di dimensioni piene, quindi è quasi come vivere a casa. Abbiamo portato un sacco di cibo per il nostro viaggio, quindi è stato conveniente mettere i periscamenti nel frigorifero. Ci è una fornace e una microonde per la cucina. Il personale dell'hotel era eccellente. La zona è sicura. E per colazione, controlla Marguerite, la ospite del colazione. Lei ti aiuterà a scegliere il vostro pasto e a mandarti via con un sorriso.

Salute: va bene, è che la posizione del giardino si sente un po' sporco In secondo luogo, quando si ferma, il cavo non può essere utilizzato nella decorazione. Tutto altra è buona.

On a quite corner away from the hustle & bustle of busy streets. Beautiful surrounding. Within walking distance of the Black Bear restaurant. The happy hour bar with food starts at 5pm was great! Thanks Paula for outstanding service! This helped to make our short trip of two days so enjoyable. Ladies at the desk where very accommodating. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub! Nothing to write home about. However, If we ever visit Vancouver again, I would stay here. Very clean Lobby and beautifully decorated.

La camera è grande, l'apparecchiatura è completa, il frigorifero è dotato di microonde e un contenitore, pulito igienico, servizio attento, molto vicino al centro commerciale, conveniente per gli acquisti, 7 giorni di soggiorno, vale la pena raccomandare.
