The room was great, kept clean and nice conveniences. Perfect for a family of 4, 2 queen beds, a divider curtain for a small LR area with a kitchenette and a table that can double as workspace or dining. There were 2 issues I had, in unoccupied rooms alarms were going off at all hours (4:35, 5:30 & 6:30am) - when guests check-out Housekeeping should be checking and turning off alarms. The other issue was at the Front Desk. When we arrived, we stood at the Front Desk for about 5 minutes, I ended up doing self-check-in on the app and as I completed that the Agent arrived. Possibly in the bathroom, but if you are the only one working, put a sign “Be right back”. We went down to the lobby a few times and never saw anyone at the front desk, including at checkout, it actually made me question how safe the place is. Also, the breakfast was just ok, not typical Hilton standards and staff putting it out were not welcoming. Perhaps that’s why it was a decent rate, sometimes you get what you pay for.

Staff were amazing! Jordan the night representative was amazing and very accommodating based on what he was able to provide. He was able to help with a room selection that was better accessible for my 88 year old grandfather. We did have a mishap with our room where the lightbulb in bathroom was out. Due to late hour (we arrived after 9pm) the tech was gone for the night, so Jordan updated our room, however and I did mention this to him, the new room smelled like mildew and the carpet looked like a crime scene. There was literally stains everywhere and hair on the bathroom floor. The sheets had weird brown stains on them and apparently my grandfather’s room sheets also had a huge yellow stain on them that had to be switched out. We were in town from New York for a funeral for a family member so we did not have the time to change the room again since we were leaving the following day, but staying in that room felt very disgusting and NOT what was expected based off of the previous reviews. Also the phones in all rooms did not work and our clock in our room did not work. I specified all of these details to the manager the next morning before we left for the funeral including asking to have the room cleaned, which she apologized for and stated they would take care of it. Came back and nothing was cleaned or replaced (no new toilet paper, garbage still full and no replacement towels. Had to go back downstairs that evening when we got back) We had other family members staying in the Sonesta Morrisville location that we had to visit and that location was a complete 180 versus this poorly updated location. Sonesta keep hiring similar professional front desk staff like Jordan, but your house keeping staff and the location’s rooms needs a complete overhaul redo ASAP! Truly feel nasty after having to stay in that room and do not ever plan on staying in this hotel again.

Non ci sono servizi di lavanderia anche se il consigliere di viaggio e il sito web sia stato. Viaggiamo per il lavoro di mio marito, quindi è un po' di sconvenienza di non avere nessuna sulla lavanderia. Abbiamo un buon affare-$67 per una notte per una camera da letto doppia. La luce in camera non è grande senza luce naturale. Il telefono in camera è disaccoppiato e una lampada ha un circuito breve in esso. L'allarme di fuoco è andato fuori durante il nostro soggiorno, ma sembra solo un allarme telefonico, quindi abbiamo dormito attraverso di esso. Non annuncia il fuoco o niente. Il posto è molto pulito e decente, ma non eccezionale.Se viaggiavo in vacanza, probabilmente scelgo di rimanere in un posto più bello. Non abbiamo fatto molto manutenzione, ma mi è stato colpito che quando ho messo le spazzature in sala per cambiare, hanno messo un asciugamano pulito in una borsa per noi. Buon posto per rimanere se prenotare in un binario come noi o solo desiderare un soggiorno di base.

Ho finito in questo posto perché doveva essere prenotato per i gradi di quel fine settimana. Io darò questo a 3 stelle solo perché i ragazzi al servizio di benvenuto erano molto gentili. La stanza era sul primo piano e ben isolata dal rumore, perchè si trovava davanti all'autostrada che potevo sentire il traffico che si aspettava. Mi piaceva avere un piccolo frigo e una microonde, e tutte le luci funzionavano bene, e le piastrelle confortevoli. I pulitori devono pulire l’esterno del bagno perché era sporco e grigio. Il disturbo di questo hotel era che l'immagine della zona del colazione era molto deludente, e non sembrava niente come le immagini sul sito. 8:00 e non c'era assolutamente niente da mangiare (non come quello che è stato mostrato nella foto online). Colazione continentale? No! Le uniche persone che creano waffles sembravano un paio di persone fuori dalla strada per ottenere un po' di colazione gratuita. Il crematore di caffè e i contenitori di zucchero erano sporchi e nessuno gestiva la zona. Mi sono camminato molto deluso. Mi sono contento di trovare un piccolo posto per la cena veloce a piedi, dove ho comprato qualcosa di cibo e sono tornato nella mia stanza. Non rimarrò lì, ma penso che questo possa essere un posto abbastanza soddisfacente per stare un po' se aggiornano la zona di mangiare per guardare come quello che è davvero sul sito invece di immagini ingannevole, e avere articoli per colazione come mostrato. Devono pulire le tubature, la porta ha un lattice di sicurezza rotto, quindi mi sono sentito insafe e ho dovuto mettere un paio di sedie dietro la porta.

La stanza è grande, ma le strutture sono un po'vecchie.Prima di entrare in una stanza, la stanza è vecchia, igienico, e sentirsi molto pulito dopo aver cambiato una stanza.La colazione è molto semplice, il servizio della ricetta è ok
