We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was excellent. It was an easy, scenic 25-minute drive to the Greene County Fairgrounds, where we were attending the Hamvention amateur radio event. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. A special thank you to the many exceptionally nice staff members: Paul and the two ladies (whose names I didn’t get) working the front desk, and the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staff. The only person who was crabby was the breakfast lady, but the others were so nice that they cancelled her out. We hope to stay here again for next year’s Hamvention.

The only thing I can say positive about this hotel is that check in was easy and the room was clean. The stairways look like something from the dark ages and the walls were dirty and paint was chipped. Except for the gentleman that checked us in the customer service skills were lacking from the employees we dealt with. After going swimming the evening we arrived, we only stayed one night thank goodness, we took our clothes and towels to dry them and when we arrived in the laundry room someones clothes were in the dry but we forgot some stuff so I went back downstairs to get it and my fiancee waited there. During the time we arrived and I returned with the other items it was about ten minutes and no one had come to take their clothes out of the dryer so she took the clothes out of the dryer and placed them in the basket that was on the dryer and put our stuff in the dryer and inserted the quarters. While she was trying to find the start button to start the dryer the guest who's clothes were in the dryer came in and asked why we took his clothes out of the dryer. As stated it was at least 10 minutes since the dryer stopped, I work in a hotel and have experienced many times when guests just leave their clothes in the dryer and go somewhere else and don't return for a long period of time and we just tell the guests to go ahead and remove the clothes and place them on top of the dryer plus I have even seen some hotels that have signs up asking you not to leave your clothes sitting in the machines, washer/dryer, and say your clothes can be removed at your own risk, and he stated that his clothes were still damp, which when my fiancee put his clothes in his basket it was only his socks. By this time we had started the dryer and he stated he was going to stop the dryer and take our clothes out and he attempted to but when he opened the door I slammed it shut and stood in front of it. He got into my face and said we weren't going to dry our clothes and proceeded to unplug the dryer. At this point what I believe to be two Front Desk Clerks came in and asked what was going on and I proceeded to tell them what happened and I was told to shut up and they asked him what happened. He told his story and said that the only reason he didn't kick my butt was because I was old and my fiancee said who are you calling old and again the bigger of the ladies told her to shut up and let him continue. He then stated that he wanted to pick up the dryer and throw it at me and when I said I wish you would have I was again told to shut up. One of the ladies, I'm not sure offered to take his clothes downstairs and finish drying them for him and the older clerk proceeded to plug the dryer back in so we could finish drying out clothes. The next morning we went into the breakfast area to eat and were very disappointed. All the other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed in have had biscuits and gravy but this one didn't. Questo hotel è IL MIGLIORE! Pagherei anche molto di più rispetto a quando soggiorno qui. Tutto è super pulito, il personale è meraviglioso, le camere sono così belle con letti fantastici e fantastiche opzioni tv! Vorrei che la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio fossero aperte, ma so che è fuori dal loro controllo. Le uniche piccole cose che potrei dire è che la colazione prendi e vai potrebbe essere migliore e il loro mercato non ha nulla! Oh e non so perché il computer nella hall non può essere utilizzato. Ma quelle sono solo piccole cose e non contano molto perché tutto il resto è fantastico!! Consiglio questo hotel con tutto il cuore!

A++++ Pete e il suo stall sono sorprendenti, un sorriso amichevole nel pomeriggio dal suo staff, Pete camminava intorno all'hotel molte volte al giorno e quando gli ho chiesto che mi ha detto che voleva assicurarsi che non ci fosse alcun problema con l'esterno della proprietà e è pulito, la stanza non ha profumi come un deodorante la stanza era pulita, la doccia era pulita e la parte migliore non ha bisogno di alcun manutenzione, ho goduto il colazione al mattino, non mi piaceva il produttore di waffle invece di una sola dimensione waffle che fa Tre piccoli che sono un po' duri da maneggiare sulla piastra e possono diventare confusi quando si usa un nife/forco plastico, consiglierei patatine di salsa e formaggio tagliato ogni giorno, come potrei’averli messo tra le due piccoli waffles e fare un colazione sandwich di salsa di waffle, sarò di nuovo l'anno prossimo per visitare la base aerea di Wright, Patterson, e il Kil-Kare Drag

Non c'era niente di gravemente sbagliato con la mia visita. Il colazione era solo una muffin e una scatola di succo, vorrei che il bar di colazione fosse aperto. l'ac nella mia stanza era terribile 😫 tuttavia e la porta laterale non funzionava così dovevo camminare tutto il tempo per arrivare al mio camera che era vicino alla porta. e la piscina era chiusa 😔 andddd si ottiene solo bar di sapone senza shampoo o condizionatore grazie Walmart ha la sezione di viaggio del dollaro e la sua metà miglia da
