Second time staying in this hotel. Back in 2020 I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious rooms and the pet-friendly policy! What a difference four years makes. While appearance-wise the hotel still looks acceptable, the amenities and equipment are showing their age. The elevators are slow and noisy (one of them makes a very alarming clunking noise as it goes up each floor). The in-room refrigerator was old, small, and barely kept things cold. The TV was slow, with an unresponsive remote and a tendency to 'reboot' to the hotel screen or randomly change channels. No microwaves in the rooms, so the whole hotel has to share the single one down in the lobby. Speaking of singular appliances, there is only one publically-accessible icemaker, on the fifth floor (forcing you to have to wait for the slow elevators to get up there unless you like going up lots of flights of stairs), and it was broken for almost the entirety of my stay, which, combined with the inability for the in-room fridge to keep drinks cold, meant having to go down to the lobby and ask the front desk staff to fetch ice from the kitchen. All in all, the hotel needs to revise/renovate its amenities, because for the same price the area has plenty of more modern hotels with better amenities for comparable prices.

Non essere stupido dall'esterno e la vicinanza alla strada principale 28. Hotel è stato mantenuto e ha fatto un bel lavoro rimanendo rilevante. La camera era confortevole e tranquillo. Era chiaro che la custodia aveva fatto un buon lavoro e, a differenza di molti altri luoghi post COVID, rinfrescavano la stanza. Il barista di O’Malleys era amichevole e attento. Il bar era ben tenuto e aveva schermi per guardare i giochi di calcio. L'unico punto di svenimento era la qualità del cibo, abbiamo ordinato i Nachos e il pretzel, i Nachos erano solo tortilla con quel che sembrava essere salsa di formaggio e chili con qualche cipolle fresche tagliate. Il pretzel era buono, ma la salsa era liquida e non aveva alcuna aderenza al pretzel. Secondo il livello di entrambi, mentre il prezzo è paragonabile ad altre offerte di migliore qualità altrove. Un po 'di tweaking andrebbe molto lontano.

La nostra stanza era funzionalmente perfetta e impecabilmente pulita. La stanza era molto comoda e tranquilla, per poterci rilassare laggiù durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato il ristorante e il giardino come un bene, e il ristorante stesso serve cibo molto decente a prezzi ragionevoli, e ci piaceva che questo hotel fosse vicino al centro di Dulles, e molti altri negozi a pochi passi. E il personale dell'hotel è come sempre, top noodles. Sono grandi in tutti gli aspetti. Questo è tra i migliori hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Dulles. La nostra esperienza qui è stata coerentemente eccellente come è stato in passato. Guardatevi in attesa di rimanere qui presto di nuovo.

Hotel is really clean, staffs were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough to get your day started. I really like the free shuttle service the hotel provides to and from airport and metro, very convenient! Highly recommended.

Da ich zuvor bereits in anderen Häusern der Kette übernachtet hatte, hing die Messlatte hoch. Dieses Haus konnte sie nicht reissen, es blieb unter den Erwartungen. Das von mir genutzte Zimmer war recht klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber, wirkte allerdings - wie auch die Präsentation des Frühstücks - lieblos. Eine für abreisende Gäste sicherlich interessante Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden; da der Rezeptionist nicht aus der Gegend war, konnte er zu Waschsalons keine Auskunft geben.

Manisha- has been the best lady to come in contact with at this hotel, very nice always welcoming to the guest. Great personality and will communicate with you very well and will try to help with any problems you come into contacts with. Overall a very good employee at the Suburban Extended Stay in Sterling,VA

Stayed here off and on for 6 months working on a project in the area and without a doubt had the best experience staying here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great every visit. It was great having free laundry downstairs and close proximity to walmart and other stores to buy food to cook in the room. Amy and Adam were great on their communication whenever I have issues with my room which they made sure I have same one every visit. Got my receipts every week after checking out and never had any issues. I drove 15 miles to here instead of closer hotels to job site. Staying here was no mistake.

I've stayed here a total of 4 nights in the past month because my wife an daughter had an international trip from Dulles. It's so nice. Room is big, check in is easy if you get their app. They even have a way to open your door with your phone. Breakfast and pool are both very good. Shuttle is great and on time. Do not take a drink on it though (unless you're a pilot). Different rules for the less important I guess. But all in all it's a great hotel and I will choose it again if I ever need one close to the airport again.
