Eccezionale
My wife and I had an excellent visit here, beginning with the incredibly welcoming greeting from Ky, who was staffing the reception desk (including the warm cookies, by the way). Ky was engaging, friendly, and helpful. The other staff people we met were unusually welcoming and friendly, too. Our room was excellent, spacious and well designed. The location is great, just a short walk to the Canton Classic Car Museum (a gem worth visiting even if you're not that into cars) and the beautiful Palace Theater.

This hotel is fairly new and is very nice. It was quite convenient for my sightseeing locations. It was great having a free breakfast to get my day started.

Book on official website! Hotel is decently classy for the price with minor issues. Booked a king suite for my boyfriend’s birthday room was spacious but had stains on the ceiling and couch. The room was clean bed was clean not a single sign of bugs. The fridge in room was dirty on arrival i just wiped it off myself it was minor. Felt comfortable in the room and bed. The bathroom was honestly the nicest part of the room. bad TV placement and hardly any channels no tv guide. Hotel staff were amazing. Overall boyfriend and I had a great uninterrupted time. I appreciate that the hotel has many entrances and exits to guests with key cards only. Breakfast was good 6am-9am serving time but only one waffle machine so we did have to come back for waffles as there was lines for it. Many options available from eggs for meat protein options, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, juice, milk, and a coffee machine.

This hotel met our needs but didn’t exceed them. It was the Hall of Fame weekend and yes the price jump that had me paying 329 a night was a little ridiculous but that’s all the hotels in the area, but they sure don’t give you anything extra. They don’t offer everyday housekeeping so you had to come and schedule or ask for more toilet paper or towels. The room was ok. Had a fridge and microwave. Beds were decent and the AC worked well. The carpets could use some steam cleaning. The breakfast is less than par. I am a little picky and not a fan of steamed eggs especially when there is a lot of standing water in the container. They didn’t refill anything either. If your good with yogurt, waffles, or a bagel then your good. I feel like there wasn’t an emphasis on cleaning throughout the weekend. The garbages outside were overflowing and the lobby bathroom was in bad shape. I understand it was a busy weekend but cleanliness goes along way with people. The pool too. It was nice and clean when we checked in and into Sunday night there was stuff floating in it. I wouldn’t of used it. It is close to the HOF, about an 8/10 Uber ride when not too busy. We found out there are more Lyft drivers than Uber so that might be something to take away. This hotel also has many restaurants and the mall is close by. If I was to come back I would pry try another hotel. This wasn’t terrible but I could’ve found a little better for the money I spent.

Very clean and super friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were in good condition Dinner was fair, my husband took a gamble and ordered the steak, which was too thin to really take a temp, my burger was decent even though they ran out of tomato and the lettuce looked like it was cooked with the burger. Breakfast buffet was nearly empty when we arrived, but was eventually restocked. The standout of the experience was the staff. Everyone there were super attentive and seemed genuinely happy to help you, which always makes for a good experience. Overall 4 out of 5

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while my teenage son attended a nearby music camp. We called ahead when traffic had us running very late, to make sure that our room would not be given away. The nice lady at the front desk informed us that no-shows are processed starting around 2 am, and we would be okay as long as our arrival was before that time. Nice to know, for future reference. Our eventual check-in was handled quickly, with no issues. This hotel is in a bit of a strange location. It seems that it may be the only surviving site of what was once a large shopping mall. The parking lot is huge, but is in a bit of disrepair. In fact, the road leading from the highway to the parking lot is quite bumpy and pot-holed. There's vacant lots all around where the mall obviously once stood. The hotel itself was adequate for our 2 night stay. It was clean, and safe feeling. I did chuckle when, after signing a form at check-in that affirmed I would not smoke in the room, ”including *********,” we smelled a bit of the funny stuff coming from a room down the hall. The included breakfast was pretty standard. There is an indoor pool, which looked fine, but we did not sample it due to the shortness of our stay. All-in-all, I would rate this hotel as ”average,” in that it is exactly what one would expect for the Comfort Inn chain.

Hhazelo2021The room smelled like cigarettes. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the vinyl floor and my rag was black after I was done. The carpets were dirty too. I stay at Red Roof Inns all the time so I was sad this happened at this one. We are going to try and change rooms.

UUtente ospiteVery clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with lots of stores & restaurants nearby. The front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. The room was beautiful and cozy. Staff is helpful, courteous and professional. I would stay here again.
