After my horrendous stay the previous night, I was looking forward to being cosseted and spoiled by this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The rooms are large and well appointed, the coffee service supplied in the rooms has real cups, and they provide water for the Kuerig. There are not only the obligatory coffee pods, regular and decaf, but also a couple of tea pods. There are real glasses provided as well. And lest you think they are just wiped out by the housekeeping staff, they're not. I've seen the pallets of clean cups and glasses provided being brought up housekeeping, so they do go through a dishwasher. Lots of towels, the beds are comfortable, lots of charging stations provided for our electronics. They are very generous when it comes to the players clubs points, being used in the restaurants and for the room. The shower is large and there are not only shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall, but also shower gel. The shower has a rain shower head as well as a side shower, you can actually turn both on, at the same time. The staff is very welcoming, as well. This is my hotel of choice when driving through Washington State.

Il check-in era veloce. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno era abbastanza grande per ospitare un bagno. Il colazione era sufficientemente scelta. In generale una soggiorno molto comodo. Il servizio era eccellente dalla ricezione.

Il personale si è spostato in alto e in alto per poter accedere a un check-in precoce e ha avuto un’espressione estremamente responsabile e utile. Abbiamo avuto un giorno molto occupato (una festa di compleanno e un matrimonio) e il personale è stato in grado di arrivarci presto e di aiutarci con tutti i nostri alloggi.
