La camera è molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e arredata. Nel secondo piano c'è un comodo accesso a un balcone per andare fuori e osservare la zona. Il personale è gentile e accogliente e il colazione è adeguato. Durante il mio soggiorno, un orribile si avvicinò (vedi foto!) così la piscina era chiusa e alcune strutture non erano disponibili, ma aveva ancora un piacevole soggiorno! Consigliare questo hotel a chiunque nella zona. Inoltre, il centro e la storia di St. Augustine meritano una visita, ci sono molte cose da vedere e godere.

I chose it because of price. Out of the way, a little old and worn. But service was good my TV didn’t work but the guy on reception brought a replacement within minutes. Bed beer soft but sheets clean.
Unexpectedly breakfast was included, plastic everything and choice limited but the coffee was great.
Will I go back, I hope not, but if I did it wouldn’t be the worst place I’ve stayed

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this venue for two nights for our trip to St. Augustine. The hotel was very clean and had been recently updated. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable there.
On the first day, we went to breakfast at 9:30. There were no egg products available and a couple of bits of sausage. There were NO FORKS!!! We spoke to the person who oversaw the breakfast and she apologized and said there were no forks. I complained to the front desk and they agreed to take the parking charge ($20/day) from our bill. The following day, the breakfast was fully stocked, even forks!
This hotel is a gem. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

La colazione è deliziosa! È stato un bel colazione servito, e vista sull'acqua, fantastico!
Ho due suggerimenti che renderebbero il mio rating un 5.
I piani della nostra stanza erano abbastanza sporchi da rendere le mie sorelle nuove, pulite, bianche, nere.
La telecamera è caduta dietro la console di vestire/frenatura. Quando l'ho scivolato dal muro per recuperare la telecamera, era piuttosto sporco.
Il doccia può essere stato pulito, ma forse a causa della grotta marrone, sembrava sporco. Ci interrogavamo sulla pulizia, dopo aver visto le calze di mia sorella,& scelse di non usare il doccia .😬
Come suggerimento, mettendo un po' di nastro riflettente, di pittura o di luce nelle diverse altezze di passo ( mio fratello 83 anni in legge ha perso il passo, portando la nostra auto parcheggiata, e si è caduto, diventando molto abbattuto).
In generale, nonostante le osservazioni negative, ci è stato divertimento il nostro soggiorno, la posizione, & resta qui di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

La gente che ha dato il cibo alla linea di colazione, mi rimetto in testa l'uomo nero pesante, amichevole e professionale. Non tanto per la ragazza più vecchia con le scarpe da taglio che gli aiutano. La stanza era così pulita e la piscina fantastica. Il personale amichevole ci faceva sentire bene. Ci siamo rimasti nella stanza 131 e l'unico problema era la porta al bagno non poteva chiudere. Il personale è andato fuori per guidarci dove avevamo bisogno. Mi piaceva questo posto e non mi piaceva mai cercare altro posto. La posizione è perfetta proprio vicino al troll per le tour e ti prendono all'hotel.

Room is nice size. When I called 2 different times about the pool if it was indoor or out, they said indoor...REALLY! It is an outdoor pool, and you can see it from the office window. Hotel is WAY over priced! They did accommodate us and put us on the 1st floor as there are no elevators. Yes we were there from Dec. 20-22 and booked months inadvance. will never go there again.

La camera era tranquilla, pulita e confortevole.Il letto era estremamente confortevole. La Ponce è a 15 minuti a piedi o a breve distanza dal sito storico di St. Augustine. Negozi, ristoranti, salone e spa sono a pochi minuti. Il Ponce è sull'acqua, e anche se il ristorante non fa fronte all'acqua, la vista è bella.
Il ristorante dell'hotel, il DeLeon, è un ristorante colombiano. Il cibo era delizioso e autentico! Non posso aspettare di mangiare di nuovo.
Ho dato al Ponce Hotel un rating di A+++++. Devo anche ricordare che ho lasciato un paio di orecchini di diamante nella mia stanza, e entro un'ora di check-out, Negar, il ricevitore del desktop dell'hotel, mi ha chiamato per farmi sapere, e i miei orecchini sono inviati a me. Questa onesta e straordinaria strada è stata raramente vista oggi, e sono stato estremamente impressionato e grato.

UUtente ospiteFirst I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
