La colazione dell'hotel è molto ricca, ci sono molti punti d'acquisto intorno, il fine settimana di business Street è molto caldo, tutti i tipi di gusti del negozio di ristoranti, il servizio è molto buono, e il cinema, la distanza da camminare. L'unica cosa che non è molto soddisfatta è che il deposito dell'hotel è lento
Upon check-in I was updated with a completely different room yet charged full price for a room that was far more expensive than just a Standard king size room due to their deluxe king rooms being unavailable for construction or whatever. To offset the price they offered us to free breakfast vouchers but then charge for one breakfast that was never purchased. Upon disputing this because we were to check out a day later instead we chose to check out early due to lack of towels lack of the AC working efficiently lack of anyone at the front desk multiple attempts were made. Then to call to dispute this transaction and get charged correctly for what actually I was provided with as in a room I was told not only do they do the holds for incidentals, which get reimbursed but almost 200 more in charges that were not made is not acceptable. I was being charged pretty much for using a compensation breakfast voucher that should’ve compensated $80-$90 dollar difference in room rates. Which then was charged for using the voucher, omg! The lack of respectful attention to this detail and also finding it OK to provide free breakfasts than charge if a voucher was used to make up a difference that really makes me upset and I’ve read other reviews where this is happened secondly to not be able to fix something as far as the rate goes when you’re advertising a room that is not available but yet you’ve already collected the money no unacceptable and then when called because we weren’t able to check out a day early there was nobody upfront multiple times, yet I was asked did I contact anyone which I did and now still here I am disputing this place is nicely decorated in the lobby, Horrible pillows horrible A/C, horrible customer service and lack of staff available. I will never stay here which is very sad due to the fact I have always in the past well I have people in town regularly for business would I ever put them in a place like this this place deserves below zero and the way the girl at the front desk spoke to me shouldn’t have a job there. Especially when I was there by noon actually prior to that by 10:30am Made multiple attempts to go up to the front desk to get this resolved due to the charge I saw on my card which was far more than just the $50 dollars a day holds, and the room charges at a rate that I literally should NOT been charged for DUE TO THE LACK OF ROOM THEY ADVERTISE ON WEBSITE AND THIRD PARTY WEBSITES. With that being said offering vouchers was a nice gesture but then going and charging for a breakfast when one voucher was used for a cup coffee and some fruit really?! I even returned at 3 o’clock thinking someone would be available and housekeeping was then in the room so let’s see what their engineer comes up with but I recommend no one stays at this place rude employees, and lack of respect

The Hotel Southlake needs to pay more attention to detail. When we checked in, we were told that the rooms wouldn’t be made up unless we requested it daily. I said I didn’t want to have to ask daily: I just wanted my room made up every day. So I said I wanted the room made up daily. On the first day, the room was made up. But on the second, it wasn’t, and I didn’t get back until 8PM, so by then, of course, it was too late for them to do anything about it. This is ridiculous: people who stay in hotels want their rooms made up daily, and they should not have to ask for that basic amenity or run the risk that they do ask and have their request forgotten about. The iron in our room had a strange sticky substance on it that I didn’t notice until I had it heated up and was pressing a shirt. I got this weird goop on my shirt, which I had to toss into a laundry bag and not wear. I took the iron to the front desk and told them it had a strange substance on it and that I wanted a new iron to be left in the room. When I returned some hours later, what did I find? The same iron, with most but by no means all of the strange goop cleaned off it. They couldn’t have found another iron, a clean one? I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the Vin staying a couple of nights and had the best time. We enjoyed music in Harvest Hall, met some wonderful people at the hotel bar and had a great breakfast the morning we checked out. Well, we finally unpacked our suitcases a few days after we checked out and I realized I must have left my jewelry bag in our room…I was sick about it as I had my retired James Avery pieces in that bag. SO, I called FOUR days later to see if by chance housekeeping had found my jewelry bag and JR was very kind taking details of our room # and dates we had stayed. JR said he would check and call me back. A couple of hours later he called to say he had my bag after he had taken time to search himself! Going the extra mile is very impressive in the hotel industry. We will be back around the holidays to enjoy another stay…definitely a highlight of the Holidays!!
L'hotel è pulito e confortevole e ha un prezzo ragionevole per la zona. Tuttavia, oltre a avere una navetta facilmente disponibile all'aeroporto, la navetta è anche disponibile per trasportarvi nei ristoranti o in Grapevine. Forse la migliore ragione per le 5 stelle è, abbiamo avuto una prenotazione di 3 notti, fatta utilizzando un sito di terze parti. I nostri piani sono cambiati e abbiamo dovuto andarcene dopo due notti. Il dipartimento frontale ha lavorato con noi, in ultima analisi potendo cancellare la nostra terza notte, rimborsare i nostri soldi, mantenere il buon tasso di notte che avevamo trovato online per le 2 notti che abbiamo soggiornato, e infine avere un check-out tardivo per accogliere il nostro nuovo programma di viaggio. Assolutamente, sopra e oltre il servizio clienti dal desk front, servizio di navetta e personale di buffet per colazione.
The hotel would have gotten at least a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for $14 pantry charge that should have been credited to my F&B credit instead of my credit card. It’s bad enough that Hilton only allocates $10/person but then to have the front desk agent dispute the eligibility is ridiculous. We bought two beers from the hotel pantry that were deemed ineligible for the credit. Why? Last time I checked, the food and beverage credit is good in the hotel. If you are going to limit the options where it is available then you need to be upfront and specify it. No where on the app does it list any exclusions. Oh, and it gets even better… I am a Diamond member and booked my reservation via the Hilton app but was told that no where on the reservation did it list my status or my MyBenefits preference of the F&B credit. How is that even possible possible? It wasn’t all bad, but this issue really upset for the principle of the matter. The room itself was fine and comfortable. No other issues. Just wish this visit hadn’t ended like it did. It should not have.
