We come to this hotel for the convenience of location, but it is a fairly nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is good for a hotel breakfast buffet- two kinds of scrambled eggs, breads, potatoes, meat, oatmeal, fruit & yogurt. You can also order a few a la cart items. Lynn, the hostess/waitress in the restaurant is awesome! She is very friendly and accommodating and truly bends over backwards to get you whatever you need.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and spacious, offering plenty of comfort during my stay. The staff were excellent, with a special shout-out to Chuk, who truly deserves a raise. Chuk is incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel welcome with his people-oriented approach. There were a few minor issues, such as a cracked tile and a wavy shower handle in the bathroom that could use some attention. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, which required a bit of walking around, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. The breakfast was okay, though nothing particularly memorable. I also noticed that Kipsu wasn't responded to promptly, which could be improved. Despite these small drawbacks, the price point for the hotel is great and very affordable. Overall, I would return to this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent staff, and reasonable rates.

Hyatt Place is one of my Go To places for work. I frequently work in Hoffman Estates and I need a comfy place to land. The manager, Heather, is amazing, the front desk staff are friendly, and breakfast is solid and delicious. I also love the brand of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. If you have a problem there, which I did one week, Heather will go above and beyond to make it right. The building is old, so there are some things she can’t control. But she will.make it up to you. Love this place!

Non è una brutta zona. Ma ripeto non so molto dell'area di Chicago. Ho avuto 20 sulla quarantina chiassosi. Riproduzione di musica ad alto volume. Non è durato troppo a lungo. Sembrava che la TV fosse GNU ma era solo come un 38 pollici. Lo farà se hai bisogno di un posto dove dormire nel tuo sonno pesante, immagino. Ma se hai qualche soldo in più ti consiglio di andare altrove

I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2024 for a concert that was in Chicago. My room was fine. You can tell it was dated and old. There was a lot of dust and a lot of stains on the carpet/wall. I did check for bedbugs (I do this at every hotel) and there were none. The room had a king sized bed, a chair in the corner, a desk, and a dresser that had a very large tv on it. The bed itself was comfortable. I brought my own pillow so I can’t say anything about the pillows. The desk chair was also comfortable enough as I did work from the desk. The bathroom you could tell had been updated. It had a standup shower which was fine with me. It got GREAT hot water, the water pressure was just ok. The vent in the shower didn’t look it had been cleaned…in a very long time. There was also a spider hanging out in one of the corners of the shower. And omg the sound of the toilet when you flushed it. I’m surprised I couldn’t hear my neighbors. It was SO LOUD. If you stay with someone and you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you’ll definitely wake up the person you’re with. The internet was ok. I had some sluggishness when I worked and didn’t have full bars on my phone. My last day there the internet was out entirely. Nothing would connect. That was a bit frustrating, but as I was checking out at noon, I wasn’t going to complain. The front desk workers and the house keepers were extremely kind. I didn’t have a blow dryer and I called down to the desk to get one. I did wait an hour and had to go to the desk, but the front desk worker was very apologetic and the housekeeping team brought one right away after that. Would I stay here again? Not sure. For the amount of money I paid, I expected it to be a bit nicer. If they would do some basic updating, I think it would go a long way!
