Eravamo in città per un campo di volleyball e ci siamo arrivati molto presto venerdì mattina. La signora del turno notturno lavorava così dolce e informativo. L'hotel ha profumato così bene e era molto pulito. La nostra camera era molto bella, ci trovavamo nella suite doppia con cucina completa. Tutto era molto pulito e la temperatura nella camera era sorprendentemente comoda. Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza e li utilizziamo di nuovo.

consiglierei questo hotel a tutti le camere erano pulite e anche un ottimo servizio?

La stanza è stata prenota online, il check-in è stato veloce e facile e fatto da un amichevole agente. Abbiamo trovato la stanza molto pulita e ben attrezzata. L'aria era già in corso, che era meraviglioso di camminare. Il letto era comodo e le coperte erano confortevoli! La colazione era semplice ma abbondante. In generale, era una buona permanenza! L'unica ragione per cui non gli ho dato 5 stelle è il prezzo. Credo che sia un po' troppo costoso, ma non troppo cattivo.

Short version: didn't care for this hotel. Check in: a very uninterested woman checked us in. No problem, except she asked me to mention her in the survey later. Mmmm, maybe. The room: the 2nd floor had obviously been remodeled as it was bright. The room had overhead lights which is good. The walls have been painted and were noticibly empty. No artwork (not a problem really). It looks ... stark. The weird: It looks like a new entertainment center and desk, with a cabinet for a fridge. The fridge was too big, so it sat next to it, and the compartment is empty. The carpet has obviously not been replaced as part of the renovation. It looks old and dated. Yet, it looks like it was sloppily installed, so maybe it is new and just doesn't look new? The bed was really firm and it creaked when you moved. But the TV: has to be 20 years old. It's small, bulky and really, really slow to respond to anything. The bathroom is renovated, but, let's just say, when you clean it, clean everywhere. Mop the edges too. Breakfast: promptly at 6 am. I was the first in and ... it could use cleaning. The clerk in the morning was gone, with a sign that says ”If the clerk is gone for more than 3 minutes, call this number”. One delivery guy came in and said ”Hello?” and the clerk came out of the little back room. She clearly just woke up. Everyone else just stood there for a few minutes and dropped keys in the bin and just left. I've been here for about 40 minutes, and she must be asleep again... all is quiet and nobody is at the front desk. Overall, no, I would not stay here again.
