Customer service is wonderful here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and beds were comfy too! Jacob deserves a raise he was so great! We will be back next time we are around. The location is great too close to many food options and close to kings island theme park

Quindi prenoto una stanza come 2-3 giorni fa. Ero destinato a ricevere una stanza con 2 letti e un divano che si trascinava in un letto. Così ho viaggiato circa 2-3 ore per arrivare qui. Sono arrivato alla posizione circa 12am per controllare 3-4-2023 che sarebbe stato 3-5-2023. Quindi io vado dentro e il tizio che lavora fuori fuma dice che siamo prenotati. Ho detto che ho una prenotazione. Quindi è andato dentro e gli ho dato il mio nome. Ha detto che ci dispiace, non abbiamo nessuno che pulisca la tua stanza. Quindi ho detto che non puoi pulirla. Mi dispiace non sapere come pulire, in modo brutto.Questo tizio sembra essere stato in anticipo 20s. Non ha aiutato affatto. Quando cercavo di trovare un altro hotel, era sul suo telefono Bluetooth parlando molto forte con qualcuno su come non avevano acqua calda per più di due settimane, non avevano molte camere con TV di lavoro, la piscina non funzionava. Egli parlava male del suo capo Arron, il manager che era quello che non aveva nessuno da lavorare un sabato, e che l'hotel doveva cancellare circa 30 o 40 prenotazioni quel giorno, ma quell'hotel non mi ha fatto affliggere. Ho sempre il mio telefono, qualunque cosa. Così delusionato. Ho un bambino di bisogno speciale che se le cose non andranno bene, è un incubo, sarà un incubo. Chiamerò la società per tutto questo. Questo deve essere risolto. Ho dovuto trovare un altro hotel. Sto ancora aspettando il mio ritorno in questo hotel. Se potessi non gli darei nemmeno un zero di cinque.

Più tranquillo e generoso

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre giorni durante il viaggio a Cincinnati. L'iscrizione è stata la peggiore parte del soggiorno. C'era un ospite che fumava sul porchetto anteriore, sotto il segno di non fumare. Abbiamo detto alla cameriera del front desk e lei mi ha detto che alcune persone non rispettano le regole, il suo problema di esecuzione, non il mio. Poi non siamo riusciti a collegare nessuno dei nostri dispositivi al wi-fi nella prima stanza che ci era stato assegnato, che era alla fine di un lungo percorso. Poi potevo collegarmi al lobby e alla fine della sala, ma potevo vedere il numero di bar scendendo mentre camminava verso il corridoio. Mi ha detto (1) che non era possibile perché erano stati pieni il fine settimana, e non aveva alcuna denuncia (2) che poteva solo darmi il numero di supporto tecnico dell'hotel per chiamare. Mi ci fu un po’ di grave preoccupazione per farla trasferire la nostra stanza verso la fine della strada, mentre lamentava molto. Ok, il resto del soggiorno era piuttosto buono. La nostra seconda stanza era pulita e confortevole, e tutto funzionava. Il pranzo è stato un po' ripetuto, ma buono - una scelta decente di articoli caldi e freddi. Il quartiere è essenzialmente vicino a una periferia di una strada E-W occupata; in prossimità catene di ristorante a basso punto di vista e un buon viaggio verso migliori opzioni. Nonostante la vicinanza, non è molto conveniente per il centro, ma tra la costruzione e il traffico, non credo ci sia un buon modo per arrivare al centro di Cincinnati. Sarei rimasto lì, ma avrei fatto il shopping prima.

Location great Price is fair depending on what type of room you want/need Rooms are nice, and CLEAN Beds are nice and comfy. The rooms are big so there is room for my puppy to be able to have some room to play, also PETS STAY free! There is a lot of places to eat or choose from! STAFF IS AMAZING compared to the Motel 6 (don’t waste your money on motel 6)down the road. Definitely recommend

Worst overnight experience ever. At 1:30 am a drunk woman opens the door and walks in to our room, waking up my wife, 3 children and me. I tell her to leave then lock the deadbolt. A few minutes later someone else (turns out to be hotel staff) attempt to FORCE their way in (thanks goodness it was locked this time) before demanding my name. I get dressed and go to the front desk only to meet the drunk woman and her male friend as well as the staff person who tried to force his way in. Apparently they checked us into the “wrong” room, so they’d given drunk lady a key to the room we were in. Staff member could not care less that my children were traumatized wondering why someone was trying to get into our room TWICE in the middle of the night. This is a serious safety concern, and is the way that people get hurt or worse. Will never stay anywhere near a Baymont Inn again.

I stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and it was really great. The staff were friendly, the room was big and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast was yummy. They also had a gym and a place to do work, which was handy. I think it's a really good place to stay if you want a nice and easy time.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and we highly recommend! Pretty much perfect from the front to desk to the room. Super clean every where inside and out. The rooms have exactly what you need and we had a nice e view from the 4th floor. Breakfast was delicious and good options, ever for people like me who don't eat meat & dairy (variety of bagels, english muffins, oatmeal with dried fruit / nuts, mini muffins and more). Only issue was that there were no pool sticks at the pool table...staff said they were broken. Can't wait to stay at another Tru in the future, for another soccer tournament or anything else.
