I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

Mentre ero stato a Choice Hotels prima, questa è la mia prima volta in un Rodeway Inn. L'ho scelto sulla base della posizione e del prezzo. Il centro commerciale è stato molto più di un quarto di casa, ma è stato molto pulito. Il personale era amichevole ed efficiente dall'inizio al termine, anche se il personale di ufficio 24 ore vi parla da quello che sembra una prova di proiettile in vetro in zona. Non è un primo look confortevole, poiché la maggior parte delle camere sono al primo piano (la mia stanza era al primo piano) con solo il colpo tra voi e il mondo esterno. La pressione di calore e acqua era grande. Il primo schermo di luce sembrava inadeguato, ma era davvero buono. Ero molto riposato e rinfrescato prima di uscire la mattina prossima. Questo è davvero tutto quello che cercavo. IVA, il quartiere sembrava solo buono. La gente intorno a me era relativamente tranquilla.Non so perché il personale dell'ufficio è così completamente sigillato.

Per il nostro viaggio annuale ”casa” a Long Island, ci siamo rimasti in questo bel hotel. Laurie, Jean Ann, Jackie e Pasquale ci hanno accolti di nuovo, come Suzanne. È un piacere trascorrere dieci giorni in un luogo che si sente davvero come ”casa lontana da casa”.

La stanza è molto pulita, l'ambiente è molto buono, il servizio è buono, si raccomanda di soggiornare

This was for my wedding and we had a large number of rooms booked. I can't say enough about the staff from these hotels. They went above and beyond to make me, my family and my guests feel comfortable. Kerrianne Zeinner was so responsive and professional the entire time. We hosted a breakfast the next morning and her staff really went beyond to help us set up and break down the breakfast room. The breakfast each morning at the resdientce was phenomenal and the accommodations were great. The rooms were clean, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, working appliances, etc. I highly recommend these hotels for your next stay or event or both!

I chose this hotel because I was coming from another state to have surgery in a nearby hospital. I could not have chosen a better place to recuperate. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and the bed extremely comfortable. I originally booked two nights but only needed one. I explained the situation to the manager who kindly refunded my account for the second night. Great customer service. It was convenient having the on-site restaurant although the food was just mediocre. However, service at the restaurant was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
