Siamo rimasti qui per due notti sotto due diverse prenotazioni, non sapendo che saremmo stati in città la seconda notte. La prima notte, camera 125, era abbastanza piacevole. Un po' mancata nel modo di pulizia, ma potresti dire che c'era stato un tentativo di pulire. La seconda notte, la stanza 101, non era pulita. Il vecchio caffè era ancora nel forno, il muco nasale era asciutto sul muro del bagno, i punti di pee sul pavimento davanti al bagno. Il caldo in 101 era temperamentale, ci siamo tostati a 71 o congelati a 70. La colazione era abbastanza buona per noi, yogurt, banana, waffle. Ci sono Hardees, McDonald's, e Starbucks a piedi. Per concludere, tutti i dipendenti che abbiamo incontrato durante l'ispezione e l'ispezione sono stati estremamente amichevoli e benvenuti.

Dopo la prenotazione online, ho guidato con i miei 2 bambini di età inferiore a 2 sperando di uscire dalla macchina in una stanza e il manager mi ha detto che non davano camere ai locali entro 60 miglia. Le ho detto che eravamo li' perché mia madre, che è un veterano marino, andava al Salem VA per curare il cancro, ma non si preoccupava. Non sono sicuro perché non potesse chiamarmi prima di allora, dal momento che ho prenotato la stanza settimane prima. Ho portato i miei figli in macchina, così potevano uscire dalla macchina, perché erano seduti in macchina per più di due ore, per chiamare mia madre a trasferirsi e lei continuava a dirci che stava chiamando la legge. Mi hanno affittato diverse volte prima di pagare per la restata di mia madre o persino quando sono venuto con lei, e quando ho chiesto un rimborso, ha detto che avrei dovuto contattare l'amministratore del terzo. Siamo una famiglia di 4 e io e mio marito lavoriamo duro, quindi dipende da questo $560 e non possiamo aspettare qualsiasi processo che sia! Soprattutto perché devo spendere di più per andare da qualche altra parte. Quindi, dopo aver camminato 5 miglia sulla strada e trovato una stanza senza problemi, ho googlato la distanza e vivo a 82 miglia da lì. Quindi non solo lei mente, ma non so ancora quando o se riesco a recuperare i miei soldi.

Our family spent a week at this hotel. They were definitely short staffed. The staff that was there worked diligently to get people in & keep them happy. There appeared to only be 1 cook in the back. She was hustling. There were far too many people to feed with just 1 person. The front desk definitely had very long lines. But they were friendly & did their best to make our stay comfortable. The elevator had issues & would often go out of service. My kids loved the pool. My 5 year old even learned to swim in that pool. It is rather loud inside almost deafening when too many kids are inside. I would often use my AirPods to cancel out some of the noise. The sound just travels & echoes inside the pool area. I would even try to remind my kids “inside voices” but it’s still loud. We spilt our trip up and traveled to Williamsburg for the 4th of July. The hotel there was unsafe, dirty & needed an update severely. After traveling back to this hotel we definitely felt more comfortable and appreciated everything more once we came back. The slight issues we encountered were nothing in the grand scale of things. I felt safe to walk with just my children alone. Which is something I didn’t feel when staying elsewhere. The rooms were clean & smelled lovely. Overall I definitely would go back.

Questo soggiorno è stato causato da un soggiorno ospedaliere di un parente che ha prolungato più volte per 3 settimane in totale. L'ospedale condivide un parcheggio così è molto facile andare. Grazie alla visita ER sono arrivato con nessun bagno che erano stati forniti al desk. Poi, ci sono stati molti estensioni necessarie per il mio soggiorno, che Melissa al divano frontale ha gestito professionalmente - era eccellente. La zona di colazione è stata mantenuta al 100% del tempo, la prima volta che si trovano in hotel, quindi anche le signore sono esemplificanti. Il lobby ha un sacco di sedili e tavoli da usare (al di fuori della sala di colazione).
