Well upon arrival the hotel clerk “Female Sam”, couldn’t mangage to check us in. We had 5 rooms booked and had an issue with one of the rooms, that because I booked with Booking.com. Sam had no idea what she was doing and simply left it to us to figure out by contacting booking, but as it did turn out it was an issue on the hotel part to resolve with booking.com. After about at least a hour it was definitely resolved between hotel and booking.com as I tried to tell Sam in the beginning. This girl had No skills what so ever to handle her job, which made a frustrating start to our 1 night there which we were trying to get to a 90th birthday party. The room was not bad, but BRING your own pillows for theirs are flat and useless. The noise through the night past midnight was continuous, screams banging on the walls and running down the hallways till at least 2AM. And the morning after we had to deal with what smelled of dirty diapers in the hallways to the elevator. So Good Luck, but never a choice hotel for again!!

This is our go-to motel when staying in Northwest Indiana. Welcoming lobby area where everything is spotless and tidy. Halls and vending areas were well maintained. Our room was very clean and refreshed daily during our week stay. A/C unit was one of the quietest we've experience in a long time. No grumbling and rumbling every time it turned on. Room lighting was good, towel and linens were more than nice, very good mattress and room seating. No complaints at all. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Whenever we saw staff at the desk they always took time to smile and say hello. Jay took care of us at check-in and was extremely kind and outgoing, a great personality for this position. We met Tina taking care of the breakfast area and had a nice conversation with her, very personable. Breakfast always included hot items like eggs and sausage/bacon as well as a waffle maker. Plenty of fruit, cereal, yogurts, muffins and always presented well. Area is kept spotless. After driving 10 hours to get home to GA, my wife realized she left her prized make-up mirror behind in our room. She contacted Ash the next day who quickly confirmed the oversight on our part and was more than happy to box up the item and send it to our home. So extremely kind! I may be missing a few names (David and Kendall? and others) but everyone was so nice. This motel may not a fancy pool but it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the most important to us is being a kind, friendly staff, clean, comfortable accommodations and a nice breakfast to start the day. It's in a great area for restaurants and shopping, pretty much anything you need. Well lit parking area, always a safe feeling. Will stay here again in the future, high recommend you give them a try.

Viaggio a LOT per lavoro, quindi so una cosa o due sul personale dell'hotel. Il personale qui è il migliore che abbia mai incontrato. Ci siamo rimasti qui per un torneo di baseball. Lisa al dipartimento frontale ha fatto miracoli letterari per noi al check-in, ci ha portato una stanza alle 8:30 del mattino, il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno e ha lavorato per estendere il nostro soggiorno. Riley era un campione per il resto della settimana, permettendo al nostro team di prendere il controllo del lobby per creare un buffet e guardare un film sul lobby TV. Il personale dell'hotel è stato onorario membro della nostra squadra di baseball questa settimana, chiedendo gli aggiornamenti dello stato dopo ogni partita e ci rallegrando di quando abbiamo continuato a vincere. Erano i migliori! Grazie mille!
