L'hotel era molto pulito e il personale era amichevole. Quando abbiamo chiamato il desk front per chiedere se il porto USB non funziona sul nostro lato del letto (per caricare i nostri telefoni), ci hanno portato un nuovo orologio con i porti USB funzionanti quasi immediatamente. L'hotel è anche a pochi passi dal castello di Mark's Comedy e dal ristorante che mangiamo.

Mi piace questo hotel. Mi piace stare qui per lavorare. E' solo fantastico che possa essere un pulizia di Lil, ma ancora di più ama la vibe.

Terrific centralized location between several northern suburbs. Very clean. Good breakfast. Good amenities. Have stayed here several times and may do so again. However, there are a few flaws. The windows are so poorly insulated that it was hard to keep the room warm - had to draw the shades and run the heater almost continuously, and still felt a cold breeze flowing constantly through the room. The bathroom water pressure is fairly low. In the morning, the housekeeper starts knocking on all the doors down the hallway at 9am, with no regard to checkout status. Why?!?! I cannot understand how, in year 2022, the housekeeping staff cannot be informed about which rooms are vacated versus still occupied. Why must they blindly knock on every door early in the morning and wake up everyone on the floor? It feels like they are trying to run you out of the hotel hours before actual check-out time.

Asia is not very welcoming at all she was working when i checked in. She needs a refresher training class in hospitality because her guest relation skills were below average in comparison to what i'm used to. I'm Gold Elite status which means i've stayed at plenty Marriot's all over the world and have spent at least $20,000 to reach this level. I was offended by Asia when i arrived at 9:30p on 4/27/24. I presented my Paypal debit card for room + tax. She replied 'we don't accept these kind of cards due to fraud”. I know Detroit can be a grimey place but, your local scammers has nothing to do with me cause i reside in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm self-employed with a successful black car business at the Pittsburgh International Airport. So, you can see how insulting it was for your young front desk employee to say that to me. I can show just 1 of my bank accounts with a $9000 balance. I just found the staff to be a bit ghetto not just her. The final turn off was i only stayed 1 night for an event. The entire time i was there their key card machine wasn't working. So, front desk had to physically let you in your room. It was a major inconveinence and in all my 51yrs of traveling i've never stayed at a hotel where the key machine didn't work. I want to move, come and go as i please without having to bother the front desk to let me in my room like a child.

Questo posto non era male per il prezzo, ma la stanza era in discussione e quando abbiamo chiesto di pulire i prodotti di pulizia è stato detto che non aveva niente.. usiamo il nostro shampoo per pulirlo.. nessun asciugamani o sapone a mano ...era non felice neanche nessun colazione wich è stato incluso.. doveva anche pagare il deposito di sicurezza e non era consapevole quasi non affittare una stanza anche detto che sarebbe stato messo indietro sulla mia carta immediatamente.. nope 3-4buisnes giorni.. molto insoddisfatto

Assolutamente terribile.Abbiamo chiesto un letto re di jacuzzi attraverso Expedia da giugno 11th-13th, ma per qualche motivo strano il ragazzo ci ha dato la stanza sbagliata prima. Ci ha dato il re di jacuzzi finalmente e poi siamo andati in camera nostra. Abbiamo pagato con due carte e poi con contanti. Capisco se questo potrebbe confutarli, ma non accettare molteplici forme di pagamento se non puoi gestirlo. Tutto sembra bene. Poi il giorno dopo, la ragazza stava davvero cercando di pulire la stanza, ma ci stavamo addormentando, quindi se n'e' andata. Pochi minuti dopo abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata dal desk front dicendo che gli dobbiamo più soldi. Era $105.99 per notte, secondo Expedia, più commissioni, quindi $237. Abbiamo pagato solo $195-96 totale sul desk front, quindi sono andato a pagare il resto. Torniamo da un evento a mezzanotte, poi l'altro dipendente ci chiama di nuovo, era estremamente brutto e disrespectivo.Gli ho detto che abbiamo pagato 195 dollari più 37 dollari. Mi chiama un bugiardo, chiede soldi o lascia o chiama la polizia. Abbiamo appena lasciato, perché non avevamo i ricevuti per provarlo, abbiamo deciso di non combatterlo.

I really enjoy staying at the Madison Heights extended Stay location. Very clean, excellent management, staff and service. Always polite and professional. Maintain an excellent safe environment. I will recommend family and friends to choose this location. Comfort is number for me and I feel that this location provides all that I need when it comes to hotel stay. MYoungB
